I voted No.
It almost was on DBTT as you can hear it begin right at the end of Mucky Fingers.
Thank Christ it was scrapped. It would have sounded right out of place. It’s the very definition of a B-Side, and Noel’s Beatles over indulgence.
That being said, I had some swollen hands after last night if you know what I’m saying....

As the only person around here to unironically like both Mucky Fingers and Swollen Hand Blues, I'm going with Yes. DBTT has so many filler tracks I'd rate lower - Love Like a Bomb, Meaning of Soul, A Bell Will Ring...
TSHB also has a really nice vibe to it, with the extremely quiet first verse and the instrumentalization of the second half. Doesn't deserve all the hate it gets.

When you have Liam, you use Liam.

It should've been on the last LP instead of that dreck that Andy Bell had on there.

No. But I like it. It has a nice vibe as mentioned already.
Someone mixed a Don't Believe the Truth 'Redux' album before, that was uploaded to Jim's blog which included Mucky Fingers transitioned into Those Swollen Hand Blues. It was a nice touch.
I'm sorry I can't remember who done that mix? But good job anyway. It's be nice to hear it again.

There were a lot of songs back then that probably should have been released around 2005. Instead they slowly trickled out over the years (Stop The Clocks, Boy With The Blues, Lord Don't Slow Me Down, Record Machine, Let It Come Down Over Me, etc).

Yes. I love how people say Beatles rip off about this tune like it's a bad thing. Has anyone actually tried to write and record a song like The Beatles? It's fucking hard just FYI

It's fucking hard just FYI I think the only time they sounded like the Beatles was the Go Let It Out single, those 3 songs sound similar to The Beatles.

Love Swollen Hand Blues. Think it's a really cool melody.
I like Mucky Fingers too while we're at it.
What from The Beatles sounds like Go Let It Out?

I really like Mucky Fingers but TSHB on DBTT?? You must be joking.

Mucky Fingers is the 00's version of Magic Pie - it greatly divides opinion. I personally love both.
TSHB isn't a terrible song, and it's clear that Noel was just trying to have some fun indulging the Beatles sound, but it is a clear b-side and would be feel greatly out of place on DBTT.

I kinda like it actually, but it doesn't have a place on DBTT. And especially not as the third track.
