I'm waiting for someone to create a thread simply to discuss Liam's hat.

How come they allowed him to sing the "get high" lyric?

Watched the whole thing now. Nice touch how Fallon goes round at the end to shake every band member's hand.

His hat reminds me of the Right Here, Right Now documentary. Wrong...this hat is nowhere near as cool as his white one from that documentary 🙈

I hope Liam's not started to wear hats because he's losing his hair... To be fair, if it is going, it's probably best he cover his bonce up with something. I'm not sure I could stomach a bald Liam Gallagher. I figured his psoriasis might be flaring up and it’s a way to cover it. Didn’t notice anything off in Toronto but who knows 🤷♀️

Amazing vocal performance! And once again, the live version is better than the album version.

Liam is a walking Beatles reference.

Liam's so humble and almost awkward when it comes to meeting the Beatles. He also said he literally hid from Ringo when he came backstage during Zak's time with Oasis. "You're too big for me, man".
I actually think Lennon would have loved him, in a paternal way.

I actually think Lennon would have loved him, in a paternal way. I don’t know about that last part. Lennon’s interviews on the music scene of the 70s and 1980 were not keen. He despised parody acts and sadly Liam would probably fall under that with constant hero worship.

I actually think Lennon would have loved him, in a paternal way. Yeah I feel the same. I read an interview a long time ago with Yoko and she said Lennon thought people idolised and admired Paul more than him. I'd wish he had seen the biggest band of the 90's paying him a tribute like Oasis did with their looks, constant mentions on interviews, the cover of I Am The Walrus or the way his songwritting influenced them on songs like DLBIA.
