Liam sounded great. Wearing trademark olive parka and a black vagabond cap (if that's what you call them). Live mix was solid, Fallon's sound crew had always been on point.

Not feeling the hat. Like John Lennon circa 1979.

That was a good performance... couldn't notice anything with his voice but it also depends on when it was taped.

Only two were for that night (Matthew McConaughey / Vanessa Bayer) then Dave Chappelle's interview aired the following night and Liam's FWIW performance came weeks later. It's possible they filmed it before the Terminal 5 gig.

I watched the full show and they were talking about current events, like things that happened within the last 24 hours.

Rehearsals at 3.30 pm, i've been to one of them, then the show is filmed at 5, to be broadcasted the same night at 11.30. Colbert probably does what Letterman did, films two show on thursday and have friday off. Sometimes they also film bits because guests are not always available on the day it's supposed to air, too.

Thought Liam sounded great, also really funny and great to see his enthusiasm when standing behind Jimmy at the end there .

Great vocal performance - the band sounded like they were all playing a different song at the end!
