3/5 I like the tune, the vocal and the guitar solo. The crucial thing about the lyrics isn't that he is singing about a little boy but singing directly to a little boy in which case I find them more acceptable.

I'd give it a 7... so here's 4.
could have led to greatness if Noel wrote the lyrics
Gallagher/Gallagher - something I always wanted to get , you know, an actual collaboration- credited for

better than everything that i've heard so far from liam's new album.
honestly, i believe it's not that bad. it has a nice melody and i've heard worse lyrics. compared to fwiw, the lyrics are actually pretty okayish. it's by sheer repition that everyone believes it must be the worst song ever. i tell you, it's not. it's actually one of liam's better efforts if you compare it with his beady eye/solo rubbish. probably because noel was somehow involved.

It's a decent first effort, clumsy lyrics and all. But it shouldn't have featured on the album (except maybe as a jokey coda, a la "Her Majesty"). It should have been a B-side, with LAMB making the album instead. 3/5.

It should have been the b-side to the second single Who Feels Love?, people would have had more interest in it and the single could have sold more.

I'd give For One So Young a 3/5. It's not quite as nursery-rhymish or sentimental as Little James. But I could see why you would put the two songs together. Maybe Joakim or NoelsOasis will share it with a few others. It's a shame only a few of us have it.

1/5, sorry. I'll never get past some of those lyrics. I also don't like Liam's snarly delivery. And don't even get me started on the na na na's...

Although I love Oasis more than I can tell, there's more in my life which keeps me busy and I'm grateful for. If somebody/some people have what I don't have and for whatever a reason might be, it can't or won't be shared openly, so it be. I can live with it.

I'll give it a 2.5/5
It's a good vocal and a decent melody. The lyrics aren't completely terrible. It's really just one verse that kills it. The main thing I hate is the fake choir. I just don't know what Noel was thinking. Makes the song sound too cheap.

I'm not the one who brought up the track, mimmihopps.
underneaththesky, yeah they have no obligation to share that track. The two BHN reissue songs are slightly better than that track anyway. I'm just thankful they gave us LAMB Noel off the same disc.
