Yes, you could say some of it alludes to Noel.

Why would Greg Kurstin be writing songs about Noel Gallagher?

Judging by the video it seems to be self-referential

On ‘Wall Of Glass’, Liam sings: “You were sold the one direction, I believe the resurrection is on”. Explaining the lyric, he has told NME: “It could be about One Direction, it could not be. It could be about people that are into one fucking mind set, who I find pretty boring. There are obviously bits that could be about Noel. And things about me mum, about me kids, about Debbie [his girlfriend]. I’ve come across a lot of people. It’s about me and you and fucking them.”
Asked about the lyric “And I don’t mean to be unkind, But I’ll see what’s in your mind” and if he feels like he himself is unkind, Gallagher said: “Probably yeah, but only for the fucking fun side of it. I welcome anyone to have a pop at me, ‘You’re fucking this, ya fat vagina, you fucking has been’, bring it on. It’s only banter in my world, I don’t mean anyone any fucking serious harm.”

Even Liam's mumbling "na na na la la la" in shower is about Noel - that's all people know. But this song more about Noel'inspiration not about him directly. In video we can see angry Liam who shouting on himself - but he looks exactly like Noel in some moments.

To be honest, as much as people don't like the direction of the question, an honest answer is yes, the lyrics actually do seem to fit perfectly towards how Liam has vocally felt about Noel. For once, it is subtle.
Liam's narrative on Noel since 2000:
Noel is harbouring thoughts (and songs) for a solo album. Since 2009 - Noel is publically blaming Liam's attitude for the breakup when he's secretly doing it for himself going solo.
(You'd been keeping secrets in you, I know what's in your mind)
Also Liam's openly expressed opinion for the last 4 years while Beady Eye struggled compared to NGHFB:
' if Noel ever loses fame and attention he'll stop slagging Liam's and be knocked off his high high horse'
( the stone you throw will turn back on its path and one day you'll shatter)
----- You can bet this is a classic case where the writer met the artist and asked what they are passionate about / feel strongly about - this is common practice. And it's done well.
The song feels like something he cares about and it sounds awesome. So happy to have a great Liam Gallagher single. Would've been good enough to be an Oasis post 2000 single easily.

It is. It's also about himself. It's also about pop stars. It's also about his family. It's also about his ex. It's obvious from the vibe of it - and not to mention him explicitly stating it - that this is, more than anything, a mission statement. He's been in the public eye for years and it's all been a huge mess. This is his response. Lead single, solo career, years of speculation, this is his mantra going forward. Look at the video - "I'm a mess, but you are too". Blanket. Ideology.

I'm reasonably confident it is about M. Night Shyamalan. Many of you probably know, Liam suffered from a well-documented fear of ghosts. The movie Sixth Sense was an unwelcome reminder of that fear and then the aliens in Signs freaked him out and he swore off Shyamalan's movies all together.
When work began on this, Liam's latest album, he decided to give Split a chance. When he reached the finale , he was horrified to find a connection to Unbreakable and all his Shyamalan-related anxiety came flooding back. As older and more mature, he is facing his fears and letting the director know he is not afraid and Shyamalan will shatter like a wall of glass. They may never be friends but the unhealthy bullying days at the hand of M. Night are over.
