Too damn right, it's great to see him running, rather than shovelling coke up his nose. He's getting his pipes in tune, by which running massively helps. Will only benefit his live performances as opposed to the cliched rock n roll lifestyle. Yeah because doing coke is part of a 'clichéd rock and roll lifestyle'. Of course it is.

No way he runs 7 miles every day, the way he runs on the pics and with those shoes. Or he runs very, very slowly. Looks like he's walking fast at best. It's not that difficult to built up endurance for 7k. First couple of times is murder but it gets easier and easier onwards. Exactly, many people do that, it's not uncommon at all for joggers to run 7 miles. & Liam never pretended to run as fast as Usain Bolt, so nothing unbelievable in this assumption that he actually runs 7 miles a day. Don't know what the fuss is all about...

It's not uncommon it's just that Liam doesn't look like somebody who is running 7 miles every day. I run 2-4 miles every day and I look much fitter and thinner than him. Ok, I am 20 years younger but he must be eating a lot and having very unhealthy life after running to look like that. He is really fat, maybe he doesn't look like that when he is wearing winter clothes but remember those photos from football match in Italy. We all now that he is running and I do believe that he can ran 7 miles I just don't believe that he is running every day and I especially don't believe that he is running 7 miles every day.

I used to run also like 3 miles every couple of days and i was thin as fuck. Liam doesn't look like a half marathon runner, that's it. It's just not possible, or he eats at mcdonald's morning, day and night. He's lost weight, for sure, but he doesn't run 7K a day. He probably does 20 mins a day or something, and that's already good.

He's hardly "really fat" is he. Definitely lost a lot of weight since he played that footy game.

Jesus christ did you guys really called him fat? I mean he is not super slim but fat?? Are you working for one of those soulless and torturing, depressing model agencies? Well, let me put it this way, he is fat for someone who claims that he is running 7 miles every day. This is marathon training program and you can see that if you are preparing for marathon, you need to run approximately 33 miles per week. And he says that he is running 7 miles every day or 49 miles per week So, even if is resting 2 or 3 days(but then he is not running every day, but ok), he is running enough to be in form to run marathon. And this how marathon runners look like

Liam is not training for a marathon. He probably gets home from his run and has a fry up. You can run as much as you like, if you don't have the diet to match then it ain't going to show in your appearance a great deal.

I ran lik around 30 miles a week dor preperation and still did not lose that much body fat. Its all about the genes man. Yeah, I agree, this went too far anyway and I was only half-joking with my last post. I've already said before that he can run that much but if he is living unhealthy life after running, running won't help much. But I still don't believe in this - “I run around seven miles every day, leaving around 5am.” 5am, 7 miles, every day, I just don't buy that. We've heard so many bullshits from Gallaghers, every new album is better than Morning Glory etc. I mean, those 3 things are one of the most common things that people lie about. You will always say that you woke up earlier than you actually are, you will always said that you can run, lift...more than you can. You will automatically say that you are doing something every day, altough you are not. At the end of the day, none of us really know how much he is running or in what time and is he running every day, so we can only believe in his story or don't believe and there is no point to argue. Knowing Liam, I don't.

My guess is Liam is going to train like it's a boxing match. He will be match fit by the time the tour rolls around. He wants to prove himself. Period....I see him getting in 2009 tour form.

Doesn't have a body of a 40 y-old man that runs 7K a day.
