Im not bothered about an oasis reunion, I want Liams new record to be good enough for him to keep going with it and we can have Noel and Liam solo possibly every alternate year, that will do me fine.

I wonder what will happen when Oasis will reunite. I expect some people to leave this forum.^Sara didn't like What a Life, and I agree with her. Ballad of the Mighty I is the better one of these two but I don't like that one too. I still think that Noel is at his best when he write Oasis songs like Lock All the Doors and You Know We Can't Go Back. Erm, why? We're still fans, and this forum goes above and beyond Oasis for many of us anyway.

I think some posters would be better off picking themselves up a copy of Heat magazine and settling down with a latte.

It's crossed my mind a few times... I can hear her saying "if u get back with that asshole brother of yours... (blah blah".. I think she hates Liam. It just doesnt make sense that they wouldn't have talked by now.. Then again what the fu*k do I know...lol But I do think she's a factor in all this... did he start dating her pre heathen chemistry?

In the middle of the night, In the middle of the night I call your name: "Oh, Sara! Oh, Sara! 'ave we any Stella in?"
Seriously though, I wish Sara had inspired Noel enough to make him write a song as lovely at the one above, and not If I Had A Gun and bloody She Is Love! Ouch...

Bit of a difference between saying its all about the music and going on about someone who to my knowledge has said nothing publicly about it. So then you are going on nothing which is tabloid, actually tabloids usually have a little more.

This forum seems more like a sewing club than an Oasis forum. No wonder Oasis can't be bothered to reform.

Noel has said in interviews that apparently Liam was texting and leaving answer messages on her phone in the night getting lairey towards him before the band split.

like Ive said before about a reunion, people watch the 90s stuff and think "yea get back together" but they would probably be more like the 2008/2009 oasis with maybe a better atmosphere and a slightly better Liam on vocals but its not going to be maine road all over again. I would be fucking happy with Oasis like 2008/2009. I want to go on a rock concert. Not these boring Noel gigs. I mean, yes I love Noel. Also his music. BUT the gigs are not what I want. I saw Noel now 6 times live and I always wished Liam back on stage and Noel with a electric guitar in his hands and performing Rock'n'roll star... To hear Chanpagne Supernova in acousic is nice one or two times live, but that's it. It's just what I think or hope or wish... I agree fully... I probably won't go see Noel again live unless it was an acoustic gig

Yeah I'll definitely leave this OASIS!!! forum when OASIS!!! reunites. Don't be offended. I just think it's strange that some peoplr seem to be more anti-reunion than Oasis fan. I find it just as strange at time the total positivity towards a reunion, given the issues surrounding the band both on and off stage in the latter years. Also the track record for a lot of reunions isn't that great aside from generating money that wasn't earned the first time around (Libertines, The Stone Roses) which it could be argued the Gallagher brothers don't really need, and a trip down nostalgia lane which as with all bands (G n' R, Led Zeppelin, Sex Pistols etc.) isn't going to match up to the excitement, period of time and youth of the members that created the legend around such bands in the first place. Perhaps some of those against such a reunion have seen the wane in the legend of bands such as the aforementioned The Stone Roses after they reformed with IMO a couple of so-so songs and played big shows as a cash in- they are perfectly entitled to do so and probably made more money than they ever did from Silvertone/Zomba but they are now men in their fifties as opposed to the ringleaders of the "second summer of love" ( (c) NME style cliches ) The Libertines are another for me that never recaptured the spirit of the band from the turn of the century, but then in their now late thirties with addiction and recovery, families, other work and life in general how could they be? At least at times they were honest enough to admit they were "cashing in" and making a few quid, which again they are perfectly entitled to do for nostalgia fans and those who hope to see perhaps some of the spirit that those of us who did see them the first time around saw. That isn't to say I am dead set against a reunion, if it happens good luck to them and the people who attend. As I have said many times before I wouldn't attend as I was fortunate enough to be there the first time around, and IMO any reunion will be exclusively about one last money spinning world tour that could be their biggest in terms of dates, length, etc. if interest is high enough and the band an hold it together musically and personally. Artistically I simply cannot see another Oasis album due to the progression of both brothers from Oasis, as well as different management and personal structures, and in some ways that may well be for the best.

I think this is a bit of a stretch, are we really going to start making theories about his wife and how this can possibly be a sign of what went wrong ? Let's just focus on the here and now, more importantly the documentary is on its way and interviews, Q and A's,etc coming. This is pointless imo.
