shockwave live sounds soooooooo good I don't think that any song from AYW ever sounded so good live Greedy Soul sounded awesome live, also I remember when I saw him last year being amazed how well Come Back To Me stood up against the Oasis bangers. Shockwave definitely up there though!

Really confused about the writing process for this album.
Ive gone from thinking he had barely anything to do with it, to okay hes had quite a bit to do with it - to then hearing another interview where hes said hes had virtually nothing to do with it. But then ive just seen another interview where he said he wrote WMWN last.
Then we had the "leaks" on here saying he'd written certain songs and then got a bit of help.
Im not wanting to enter the debate about whether its a good or bad thing hes writing them or not. Just would like to know what his input has been.
He massively downplays his impact on songs if he come up with Once for instance. Id want the whole world to know i written that. Maybe its a tactic from them to pretend hes had more help? I know for a fact people thought he'd not written anything for AYW and automatically seen that as the reason it was better than Beady Eye.

I think it's about time Scorpio Rising gets added to the setlist. 👍

Dont wanna start any rumours or any shit but i havent seen Debbie much at gigs or anything recently?
She was always visible during the last tour.
Could well be anything or she could just be more out of sight now.
Get the feeling Liam isnt quite firing on all cylinders in alot of aspects so far though. Needs to get shit sorted out before the album and tour.

Just discovered this recording from 10 years ago...
Over a year ago:
What a stark contrast.

She was at the side at Glastonbury and seemed to be happy like anything as she was there at the side with Liams son. I doubt its anything serious, new albums about to appear and the tour etc, all is good i'm sure

He has got arthritis which stops him running as much as he was last tour. Therefore he will not be as thin plus he has said running was the one thing that helped him sort his head out so he has lost that as a mental release. Still im sure he will adjust.
Everything isnt always about Noel.

It must be a humbling experience for Liam to go to places like Ukraine and perform in front of people that only have a vague idea of who he is, know a handful of tunes at best and mostly look unimpressed. A whole different ball game compared to his gigs in the UK. It's just like in the music video for "Walls Came Tumbling Down" by The Style Council that was shot during their visit to Warsaw - the people sitting in the club watching them perform seem to be absolutely clueless.

Just got to catch Glasto. From what I read on here all week, he was marginal. He struggled a bit on a couple early slow ones. Seems pretty solid the rest of the way. Slide Away and The River sound great. Roll With It is very satisfying as well. Well done Liam

Stone Island is for utter bellends who reckon they're street fighters. I can only imagine those who bought a Stone Island dressing gown are immediately added to the sex offenders register.

I wear Stone Island and I've never been in a fight in my life. Am I still a bellend? Actually, don't answer that. The people who wear it to the football are the ones you want to look out for, they are only there for one thing. Idiots.

It's just like in the music video for "Walls Came Tumbling Down" by The Style Council that was shot during their visit to Warsaw - the people sitting in the club watching them perform seem to be absolutely clueless. We (I mean CIS fans of Oasis) have large fan base of Gallaghers. Noel's gigs (four times in Moscow and once in St. Petersburg) always have lots of people, we sing definitely not only Wonderwall/DLBIA, and Noel (in interviews to Russian journalists) said Russia has pleasant fans. He was in Ukraine too once or twice. Liam came to Russia with Beady Eye, appeared in TV show and yeah, most Russians visited his solo show in Kyiv. There's nothing wrong with visiting Eastern Europe - of course, they both will perform in 3'000-4'000 venues but they have fan base here. And Russians have complaints that Liam won't go to Moscow during his second tour 'cause rebirth of his career is made his visit more wishful than Noel's

19 years since one of Liam's best gigs. I was there and it was epic in the stadium... Insanely jealous. It was the first complete Oasis gig I saw on tv at age 14 and I just thought 'Wow, this band is mega and the singer is fucking nuts!'. Here we are all this time later and Liam is still unbeatable for me.

19 years since one of Liam's best gigs. I was there and it was epic in the stadium... So was I, all in all it capped off a fairly surreal week for me. It might be age but I'm sure that Jimi from Doves kept asking for the crowd to cheer again but louder in between songs so his band could get the full stadium gig experience!
