Liam replied to a couple of people on Twitter that he has a photo shoot today and that a few big things are happening that he can't talk about yet. Really curious what these secret projects are about!

Really curious what these secret projects are about! yeah, I read that too and I thought that the photo shoot was next week. Maybe he had two photo shoots one today and one next week either that or the shoot was brought forward to today.

Iβd rather he carried on with the solo stuff and still plays oasis live as part of the new album tour. Seems like a good balance of pushing forward but being proud of heritage. The DM /WTSMG stuff is cool and Iβd no doubt go to the gig, but it doesnβt excite me like the solo stuff does just because I like him pushing forward

My brother watched Liam's concert at TRNSMT. He said that Liam is definitely taking care of his voice very carefully and that he has improved a lot in his singing. It doesn't seem true to him that he is the same man from Argentina 2006 or the one from the concerts with BE in 2013. (He is not a fan like me so his opinion is very reliable) I find this last concert at TRNSMT to be one of the best since 2000. The guitars are powerful, his voice is fantastic from start to finish, the setlist and mix of the show are excellent. The only thing I don't like is that he wore the ugliest parka and hat in his wardrobe at the same time. At least he has to throw away his hat. I'm not a fan of industry bigwigs getting involved with acts as it becomes too contrived and manufactured. But I make an exception for Liam. Having the industry guiding hand there has maybe harnessed that rebellious streak a wee bit without compromising him, taking away the more destructive elements, i.e. a lifestyle that damages his vocals. And in return we get gigs like this. The rock n roll lifestyle is fine and makes for a great story but Oasis and Beady Eye suffered from a lack of professionalism at times, feeling too much like rudderless ships. Debbie is probably a great influence on him too, she was massive in moulding his solo career, so all praise to her.

I wonder when Liam will announce another album, that isnβt related to the JS collab. Wonβt be for many years I would think.

I wonder when Liam will announce another album, that isnβt related to the JS collab. Wonβt be for many years I would think. He's kind of been on and off tour for the past few years now. CYK stopped touring in August, then 7 months later he was back on the road for a few months. Then he had a month off and is now touring DM30. I wouldn't be against him reserving his energy for an album again next year or something. He's worked so hard to fix his voice and the power isn't going to be there forever. Also, I feel like the longer he waits, the better the songs will be as the army scribble away at new tunes.

Yeah it surprised me so many people took that as an accidental typo and not as a deliberate mistake. He clearly just means it as a joke, and thats his way of confirming so.

I just want Noel writing songs for Liam again. The army of songwriters have done their job but the last solo album left me cold.

Quick question: why is Leeds Festival never televised? I know we'll get Liam's Reading set in a few days but it does strike me as weird how one festival is always televised and the other one isn't

I'm about half hour away from Reading Festival site. Shit line-up and I couldn't afford it, haven't been in 20 years. Hope he smashes it tonight and ends the tour in style. Then we shall see what happens next...

-I know this may have already been said but I do hope that now Noel and Liam are back on speaking terms, Noel will at least allow Liam to release a dvd of one of his Definitely Maybe shows or any other of Liam's concerts come to that. A Knebworth one would be great even though some of the highlights were released not so long ago, a dvd of a full concert would be nice to have on dvd.
