A few months ago I tried to rip Use Your Illusion II on my laptop with iTunes. I found out that the cd had many glitches. So I bought a new one but now I have the same problem.
Is it bad luck or something else?

I second that. EAC is by far the best tool for ripping CDs.

I'm using EAC, but still the same problem. Do you know if the 'Glitch Removal' works?

Only one that was badly damaged. I thought it was strange that it happened with the same album twice.
