Did Noel say in an interview recently that he made a million billion pounds or something?

Moaning about only getting £25k for 4 hours work 25 years ago when he was drunk. People are losing their jobs, families are struggling to feed their kids. Man of the people? Fuck off.

Say tickets are £20 each. 250000 over two nights is 5 million in gate receipts. Quick google says artist take 75 to 90 percent so at least around 3.75 million go to band. Between five members is 750,000 each. After tax currently that would be around 408 000, although obviously payment could be structured to minimise tax. However you cut it, it works out significantly more than he actually recieved. Not difficult to see why he would feel as if he was ripped off although whether he had a case would depend on the contract he had signed at the time I'd imagine. I understand the feeling that its maybe a bit insensitive to complain about money when so many less fortunate are struggling but it's a lot of money and if he feels his old management have ripped him off its understandable he would be angry about it. Begs the question why he has taken 24 years to notice mind you.

I agree that his tweet is in poor taste. But did you notice Liam recently helped to raise £45k for a charity that feeds people? Maybe he's not all bad

Iirc Megan Thee Stallion said on IG live that her label/management took advantage of her and her contract is oppressive like few months ago. Everyone announce everything via twt/IG. In Liam’s case it’s kinda pointless I think bc it’s too late to take legal action or to do anything actually but at least it will be another cautionary tale for young aspiring musicians, tale as old as time

Lockdown seems to have chilled LGs tweet, his digs at NG are more comical now.
Anyone else agree?
Perhaps it's because he's been half cut for the last three months !

Perhaps it's because he's been half cut for the last three months ! It's either that or his new-found love for bike rides. Or the combination of both judging by one of his latest tweets:
