Kula shaker- as mentioned already
Cotton Mather- as mentioned already; didn’t Liam once say Kontiki was what Oasis’ third album should have sounded like?
Proud Mary
Spacehog- tour of brotherly love
The Black Crowes- As above
The Stands
Soundtrack of our lives-great band; I think Noel said their sound influenced Lyla after they toured with the band for HC
Jet- if by helping, you mean sewing the seeds for new music, then Jet were probably the most commercially successful band to clearly be influenced by Oasis; toured with Oasis in 2005
You Am I (another Australian band 90s- present); similar to above and toured with Oasis in Aus in 1998
Ryan Adam’s- kinda surprised more didn’t raise him as he has been prolific in his admiration, even recording wtsmg last year. Toured with Oasis circa DBTT / DOYS?

One Oasis-influenced act who got quite a bit of public praise from them in their early years was Stereophonics

I think the Gallaghers praise of The Roses over the years was a huge reason that the Roses Comeback gigs were so big at the time...they were a huge reason for keeping the Roses flame alight whilst they were gone, in fact spreading that flame widely
I watched Noel G on Jonathan Ross the other day, with Ian B in the Green Room reacting, from 2004, and Noels reaction when he speaks of what the Roses meant to him is quiet, but full of emotion, a great interview moment.
Liam G still praises them all the time etc.
No Oasis, and the comeback would have been much more small scale, if at all.

Brandon Flowers OCS The Coral supported Oasis on DBTT Euroean tour. Despite they're from Liverpool, I think it was Noel who let them support the lads as The Coral are very common to The La's. Twisted Wheel supported Oasis on DOYS European tour, but it didn't help them much... I’m replying to a nine year old post from a legend of this forum but I’m afraid I still can’t let this pass. The Coral are not from Liverpool, they are from God’s own peninsula which sits on the other side of the river to the Pool!

Anyway, I like The Coral. Saw them 4 times and met them once. James always looked like he wa stoned even he wasn't Shamely underated band.
