Is it just a 1 game suspension? 3 for straight red im sure. It's only 3 for violent conduct. It'll just be a one game ban for denying a goal scoring opportunity.

I'm 99% sure it's only a one match ban as he wasn't sent off for violent conduct. Chelsea are appealing it anyway (I've no idea why as it's a clear red card) and if they win the appeal then he'll be free to play in the next game. They won't win it though.

Arsenal vs. Palace, Citeh vs. Chelsea.
Going to enjoy watching both of these this morning. Imperative Arsenal pick up the 3 points, and am hoping for a draw or Citeh win in that match, fuck Chelsea.

Nice to hear the Citeh crowd chanting eva's name! A very decent game so far, with Costa certainly falling into the 'heads gone' category.

My team the Saints have mad a poor start so far. Always hard with our turnover of players, they will need a little time to gel.

If the Arsenal do Liverpool on Monday, it will make up for the West Ham match. Looking at those first three fixtures, you'reckon 7 points were a good bet, so I'll take 6 with a win against Liverpool.

My team the Saints have mad a poor start so far. Always hard with our turnover of players, they will need a little time to gel. the turnaround seems like its gonna take longer this time. last season they had a much bigger exodus yet still hit the ground running. they cant expect to maintain top half/euro finishes if they gotta rebuild every pre-season. koeman did well to get them competing after last time, but the loss of clyne and schneiderlin along with forster and bertrand injuries has the normally solid defense in a shambles. add to that the euro campaign this season and it looks like a tough year for them...

I hope these Mané to United rumours are a load of bollocks. The Pedro thing was shambles, would of liked to seen him at OT but not too bothered we missed out. An out and out striker is still needed as well as a center half.

Man Utd 0-0 Newcastle
Rooney's disallowed goal should have stood as he was clearly onside, but disregarding that decision, I think 0-0 was a fair result. Newcastle had their chances, too.
I also find 0-0 matches more entertaining than 6-0 thrashings. With nil-nil's you're always on the edge of your seat. This is something Americans don't understand. I find it ridiculous when Americans say soccer is boring as they watch baseball lol. But yeah, I though this was a good match.
7 pts from 9 for Utd is a good return.

Should of won but Newcastle set up for this result without playing totally negative football. Luck rolled with them and disappointed United couldn't break through. Another striker is now higher on the agenda than a center half in my eyes now.

At least with baseball they actually go until a winner is determined in a season game. Also New York Yankees>Manchester United in terms of premierships (24 world series)
