I believe he started using a Tubescreamer in 2000. He had a TS-9 on his pedalboard until 2009, then he had a TS-808 version during the early HFB days. He might have bought a TS in 1996 but he certainly didn't use one live until much later - unless I'm missing something.

EDIT: he did use a TS-9 during the SOTSOG recording sessions in 1999.

This all makes sense, the majority of the items in this lock up were 2000-2009. A few went as far back as 1994 but not much.
There is a very distinctive mark on the pedal which can be picture matched to stage set up pics which is always very helpful. I just wasnt sure of the dates, thanks for confirming mate
