Djokovic should win - unless he gets all flustered (which could happen).
First set is crucial for Federer.

Looking forward to attending the England/Australia Davis Cup tie up in Glasgow this weekend.
Actually quite a shame that Kyrgios was dropped from the Austrlian team for this, I find the guy hilarious despite the fact that many people don't like him.

4/23 on break points... It's a shame, there was something to do, last night...

Hopefully this will spur Rafa to get his act together for 2016.

Although I'm not a Djokstrap fan, I've got to say that he's played amazingly over the past couple of years and was unbeatable yesterday and today. It was a deserved win its going to take some pretty amazing play to uproot him from his current position.
As a Nadal fan, I was glad to see him gain some much needed confidence and top level wins to give him a boost for 2016.
I'm looking forward to the Davis Cup final and next year's season now. Hopefully, if GB win, Murray will also gain more confidence and we can have a year of the top 4 at their best again. Federer's must have made a deal with the devil as he's seemingly over-coming any age issues and still playing brilliantly.
So we should be in for a real treat next year.

I think I'm the most qualified to comment on tennis in this forum
First off I have been playing since chrissie and jimmy were teens ( Connors and evert )
I have watched every major match since Connors vs rosewall ( the stone ages )
I think the best pure player I ever saw was McEnroe. At his best he was the best , titles or career rankings on the computer mean nothing
I think Connors was the greatest warrior
I think the joker is the greatest fighter
Man bleeds tennis

Looks like the thread should just be closed then Kalas.
Love watching the Murray brothers play doubles. They should make doubles more important in general so the top players go in for it.

Oh for those long ago days when Federer was glorious almost every time out. Fed against Roddick in the 2007 Aussie semi was unreal. Mac-like artistry, Djoker- like defense and Sampras-like everything else.....only better. At least us Fed fans finally got to see Nadal zero out in 2015 (about time!). Am I bitter? You bet!

Much as I love Murray just can't see him beating Djokovic unfortunately. Djokovic to win in 4 sets.

Djokovic is just unstoppable at the moment. I'm not his biggest fan but I must admit that I respect this player a lot. He is now, without a doubt, one of the best players of all the time and I can see him being at the top for 3 good years again.
However, I really wish Murray will win tomorrow. It's his 5th final in Melbourne, the 4th against Djokovic. He deserves to win the AO for the first time. He is a great player, it deserves more than (only) 2 grand slams.

Djokovic is a great player no doubt and unfortunately I think he'll beat Murray. I feel the same about Schumacher or Stephen Hendry or Pete Sampras, very successful but they often feel like machines rather than people.

I prefer it when you don't know who will win or when other players at least have a chance.

Federer dominated but I loved watching him. Such a graceful player. Djokovic is like the ultimate pong machine. The only thing he hasn't won is the French, but I imagine that'll change this year. Federer has such a natural, effortless way of playing but during his peak, had Nadal to contend with which made that period a pleasure to watch. Djokstrap, on the other hand, seems to be in another league to everyone else and is rarely beaten by a better player. He seems a really nice bloke off-court, but on-court he comes across and expectant and arrogant, which doesn't make watching him any pleasure at all.
