Who The Fuck Are Arctic Monkeys EP - not that easy to get, but worth it.
Kinda infatuated with those guys at the moment, so many great songs I never really appreciated.

Omar Rodriguez Lopez - The Apocalypse Inside of an Orange (2007) Psychedelia, prog rock, jazz, vaguely experimental stuff....... Doesn't just stick with one style throughout (extended psychedelic guitar solos throughout the 18 minutes of Jacob van Lennepkade II, more electro sort of moody atmospheres in the title track, laid back melancholy of of Coma Pony to close the album). Great listen, both relaxing & fun yet regularly goes into much weirder territories without being alienating. Been meaning to get this album for a while after hearing Coma Pony on one of the Amorphous Androgynous compilations, but for some reason it seems like it went out of print for a couple of years (along with all digital releases disappearing), and must have come back into print sometime in the last few months. Although, this guy's got something like 60 albums to his name in the last decade and a bit, so probably won't be the last album I buy of his.

I've been building up my vinyl collection little by little over the past few years—mainly starting with essentials. That's why my most recent purchases were The Doors' self-titled debut record and 'Legend' by Bob Marley and the Wailers.

Ok album, a lot of filler in the second half. First half's good. At the end of the day though, this album's just Sing (love this track, beautiful), plus a handful of good tracks and a handful of filler imo.

Little Barrie - Death Express I've seen them supporting Kasabian in Brussels 5 years ago, but never got around to check their stuff. Is this album good, Jim?

Bought a few things the other day. Was in a record (or CD rather) buying mood:
Ramones - Ramones Leave Home (40th anniversary) Lorde - Melodrama (loved the first album, curious how this one will be) Iggy Pop - Lust for Life/The Idiot (2 albums/1 CD) Trainspotting 2 OST
Also considered the Kendrick Lamar album "To Pimp a Butterfly" as I read here that it was a very highly regarded, must listen hiphop album. Was that TheEscapist maybe?

NGHFB's Chasing Yesterday. And before that it was probably NGHFB #1. I don't really buy albums anymore. Can't be arsed with all the importing fees and shit. I received Damien Rice's new album as a gift from a lovely friend who lives in Ireland. Go digital or go home!
