Looking forward to our game on Friday night although it's not looking good . Club record 6 defeats on the bounce. Depressing.

Our new kit... absolute shocker I think it's the sleeves more than anything that are a bit odd, although the sponsor looks out of place as well. It's still not as bad as the Morton strip.

Our new kit... absolute shocker The strip is OK, it's the boys haircut that is the shocker.

Kilmarnock trying their best to be this seasons Hibs at the moment. Their goal difference might be enough to see them stay up but I'm not confident they'll pick up any points in their last two games given Thistle are in good form and County might not be safe by the final day.

Is there a clause in Locke's contract that they can get rid of him if they go down or are Killie stuck with him for the full 3 years? Surprised he's done as badly as he has since he was given the job permanently, especially given the results were ok when he was caretaker manager.

I wasn't very keen although managed to convince myself after caretaker spell. But this is bleak. The thing about Locke was he performed when there was no pressure. I get the feeling he's trying to do the Hearts thing giving a young defence a chance but this is not fair on these lads. That being said expirienced players like Pascali need to be disposed of, liability. We subbed our CB captain for another cb cause the manager didnt trust him. Laughable.

Yeah I was never convinced by Locke at Hearts. Good form towards the end of the season but only when they had been relegated and as you say there was no pressure. I didn't see all of the game tonight but from what I saw I was struggling to work out what Killie were trying to do, they were really poor. Seems like they've just got progressively worse since Kenny Shiels was sacked.

No its ridiculous they want to be the Barcelona of the SPL with the new astroturf pitch but the majority of the time punt it up to big Magennis. Tonight was neither, no plan or strategy. 7 lost in a row, how is it possible to stop the rot? You're 100% spot on. Kenny Shiels was the best there was for Killie, beat Celtic in a league cup final, beat Celtic at Celtic park for first time in 55+ years, beat Rangers twice at Ibrox in a season and had perfect balance of youth and experience. I stopped attending weekly after last season because it's a joke.

I stopped attending weekly after last season because it's a joke. That was the last time I remember ever seeing any sort of positivity around the club. Even though in both seasons under Kenny Shiels they finished in the bottom six I don't remember any real danger of relegation and winning a cup in that time is a fantastic achievement. Add that to the other things you mentioned and he seemed like a good, stable fit for the club. Getting rid of him was a strange decision at the time but looks even worse in hindsight given Johnston's poor record and Locke managing to be even worse!

Aye Killie looking like they are on a sticky wicket now.
I usually go to McDiarmid but I couldn't face it today, we've not won there for 4 years. Watching St. Johnstone is akin to having your baws dipped in hot fat.

Gus Macpherson has said he'd like to return to the Buddies. Personally I hate his brand of football but he got St Mirren up and turned them into a mid table SPL side. He could be a good shout.

He was shite and that was in one of our worst ever teams. Certainly is. He first played for Rangers under Paul le Guen nearly 10 years ago and started well enough back then but he was constantly injured for about 3 years and was never the same. He went to a couple of clubs down south, PNE I think, and yourselves before coming back to be one of McCoist's "experienced" players.... Cheers Ally. He's been part of the worst back 4 I've ever seen in over 20 years of watching Rangers. Simminson - Smith - Moshni - McCulloch - Foster Stuff of nightmares! Thankfully they're all out of contract this season alone with Black, Boyd, Miller and Hutton. Hopefully every one of them go, and I'd punt Templeton too as they have all been dreadful, with shocking attitudes apart from maybe Kenny Miller who at least seems to care and the fact he would chase an empty crisp packet in the wind for us.

Smith scored a cracker of a free kick against us in the semi last season, but aye he's pish.
In other news, that's The Fun lost 5 games on the bounce now. Oh my sides.

This is truly an agonising wait until the final. We've sold over 12000 tickets so far and a scarf has been commissioned to be worn by the steeple or the kelpies.

Ladbrokes is the new SPFL sponsor, woo... Works out quite a bit less than the last sponsorship deal with Clydsdale Bank but better than sweet fa. A bit hypocritical being sponsored by a bookies when players are banned from betting?
