Its obviously a transcode from a line-in since you can hear a Facebook notification on one of the tracks. Clearly someone got the promo CD, played it on their computer and recorded what the computer was playing. Thats why the track transitions sound a bit borked too. Its exactly like the DOYS leak.

Download WinRAR. Install it. Its freeware. Right click the file and choose "Extract here". Done.
