Shockwave just played on Fox's pregame coverage of the Red Sox/Yankees game at London Stadium. I was surprised. Makes since tho...

They played "I Believe In All" this afternoon on one of the biggest radio stations here in Belgium (Studio Brussel). I was surprised, to say the least.

I heard Live Forever last Friday on a show called "The 90's at 9"... accompanied by one of the stupidest comments a DJ could make.
He said "Live Forever by Oasis from their record Definitely Maybe. It's already been 25 years since they released that record. I wonder if they're going to reform to celebrate. I would love that. They're probably starting to run of money so, who knows?"
I mean, I wouldn't mind if an ordinary person said that because they don't necessarily know that both brothers now have pretty successful solo careers.
But a radio DJ? Come on, do your homework!

This was the biggest song in the world in early 1996, followed by Don't Look Back In Anger and Champagne Supernova in the summer.....the best songs, worldwide. The best band worldwide.... Champagne Supernova should've been released as an official single, it was played on radio all the time.... God bless.

French radio station, on the way to play a football match yesterday, live forever, 30 minutes later wonderwall, on the way back a few hours later stop crying your heart out, 30 minutes later importance of being idle, someone at that station clearly likes oasis...and they have now gained another listener

The last time I heard Oasis on a radio was in Romania in the summer. We'd been traveling in the car for quite a long time listening to shit Romanian pop, and guess when did the driver decide to take a quick break and shut the car off... Right when they began to play (I think the entirety of) As You Were. Yeah, thanks.

They brought back DJs into the alternative radio station here recently. The afternoon one is from the UK (not a first here actually). He teased an Oasis collaboration, played Wonderwall, and brought up Gene's and Sonny's ordeal.

Now they've added a bit of Wonderwall to that station's bumper/callsign, crazy.

Not the radio, but pretty sure I just heard The Shock of the Lightning on Channel 4's ad for F1 coverage.
Hard to tell though as they had chopped it up a lot.

That's one thing I never do anymore is listen to the radio i used to but these days i just can't be bothered with it. Especially with all the streaming services available it's much better than listening to DJ's talking a load of crap etc.

Not a play of an Oasis song, but the morning hosts on one of the radio stations here in Boston just spent 10 minutes talking about how Wonderwall became the first song from the 90's and only the second song from before 2000 that hit 1 billion streams. It quickly turned into a debate about how much they dislike Wonderwall (one host likes it, the other says it is their worst song, despite saying he likes Oasis overall).
