I've been listening to Wall Of Eyes since it was released, and it's an album that just keeps getting better over time. The songs are very multidimensional and beautiful. Excellent guitar work and production. It's difficult for me to pick the best song on the album because there's many candidates. The only song I'm not sure about yet is the title song. I'd definitely give it a listen if you're a Radiohead fan and haven't listened to the Smile yet. It’s an excellent record with many layers. Sam Petts-Davies did a great job producing it. I love how varied the material is. The title track, Teleharmonic, Read The Room, Friend of a Friend, Bending Hectic, etc. Exactly. Every song is different. With a good pair of headphones or speakers you can hear a lot of small details. Those are the strongest songs on the album. |

Super curious about Thom’s new film soundtrack for the movie Confidenza. Premiered last month In Netherlands. Comes out officially April 24. Last few seconds of trailer features a new Thom song.

I like this That line where he sings "buried from the waist down" sounds like that Catatonia song "dead from the waist down" - even the melody in that part is quite similar. Thom Yorke possibly influenced by Catatonia? Who'd have thunk it? |

Strange that Cutouts is not available in digital format on Bandcamp like their previous albums, but on Qobuz it is. Hopefully I'll have time to listen to it this week.

Haven’t really liked the previous Smile albums but this one is pretty good. Especially love Don’t Get Me Started.

After the first listen I'm warming up to it already, but it's way too early to give an opinion on it yet. There's lots of going, different rhythms, very jazzy.
