Hi all, Windows 8 is annoying the hell out of me!!!! Does anyone know a decent programme / app to SIMPLY OPEN AND VIEW PICTURES? All the stupid apps are to edit picuters etc, I just want to view my pictures in full screen size and actually be able to go to the next one by clicking on the next arrow (is that too much to ask??! ) without having to go back to windows explorer and seperately having to open each picture! Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Or is it just me who is to stupid to figure out windows 8?

I don't have Windows 8, but I always use Microsoft Picture Manager to edit (colour/size etc) my pictures. Í don't know much about those things, so I'll leave it to eva and anyone else.
Good luck, sally!

Windows 8 does suck big balls... God bless. That even is an understatement. The first time I used my new laptop (which came with the friggin windows 8 I never chose for it!) I even had to look up on the internet how I could shut it down AS THE SHUT DOWN BUTTOM IS HIDDEN IN THE MOST UNLOGICAL PLACE EVER AND I COULD NOT FIND IT! (I felt so stupid)

You can always use the same photo viewer Windows 7 had with Windows 8.
Just click right the photo you want, open with, choose default program and choose windows photo viewer.
