These guys all failed one or both doping tests in 98/99 , the following years were probably just as bad. Quite obvious that Lance was just the best athlete out of the whole group of sinners....They should have a yearly Pro Doping tour sponsored by the pharmaceutical companies....

it just shows how corrupt cycling was, they knew it was going on but failed to stop it.
