It would have been nice if the author could have atleast got the title grammatically correct. Jesus Christ. Yeah because that invalidates every point he makes... You should give him a break anyway, he is an Arsenal fan.

I, personally, value the Prem over the CL - as does Arsene. Seriously, who gives a fuck that Liverpool won it in 2005 (although that final was dramatic as hell). But them winning the league this season? What a story. This proves how much you know about the game. Absolutely nothing. You win a league, it's a great joy. You win the big ears cup and YOU ARE A LEGEND. That cup is what every player wants. Only the World cup is more desired.

wonderful performance by chelsea again jose gets his tactics spot on. I'm not winding you up Ross but I genuinely fail to see why you admire Jose. Jose is the biggest troll in world football - and that is a compliment and an insult at the same time. He is undoubtedly a winner - frustratingly brilliant - but as a human being, he is completely lacking in any goodness and morality. But when he rationalises things and puts away his panto act for a few minutes, he is genuinely one of the most fascinating and informative people when he talks about football. I can't see why he can't be a decent man and brilliant at the same time. He set his team up well and always sets his team up well, but it's hardly a 'wonderful' performance being gifted by luck and having no possession. It was sheer luck, graft and hard work - a bit like role's reversed from the 05 Champions League semi-final. But it sticks in my throat when a team that cost hundreds of millions of pounds can't play one bit of football. Another day, and a bit more quality in Liverpool would have seen them hounded like City did against them in the FA Cup. I'm confident he will beat Athletico because he will be forced to attack, and if so, then why not play for the win all the time Jose? His teams CAN score goals and play attacking football - the year he beat Barca to the league showed this as, I think, Madrid have the record goals scored in La Liga that year. If he did, I would have no problem with him. But the reason he looks likely to lose the Premier League is quite simply, his team have not been attacking minded enough. He can blame the referees and his strikers all he wants, but if he had set up his side to be attacking against Villa, Palace and Sunderland, then Chelsea would undoubtedly win the league. Fact is, he didn't, and that is his fault alone, and it jars with everyone when everyone is to blame apart from him. He's not 'brilliant' like Ferguson where you have to accept and applaud it. But 'frustratingly brilliant' is the perfect way to describe him, and he very well knows it too. in part it is my contrarian nature the more he is hated the more i like him. Plus for the most part Chelsea play good football i saw them at Southampton this season and they beat a good team 3-0 totally outclassed them in the second half. Finally it has to be remembered who i dislike and who Chelsea not doing well helps.

Its only because Liverpool haven't won the league title for so long we just want it sooo bad. But normally given the choice (not like thats ever the case) then CL > PL

Would agree, everyone knows how many European Cups Real Madrid, Milan and Liverpool have won, but people who aren't fans of those clubs would struggle to name how many league titles they've won.

I think I might be going a little gay. Now I want Liverpool to win the league but when City scored right now and I saw Noel celebrate, I literally said. "Awwww Look how happy Noel is"

Jesus Christ, we have a final quarter of game on our hands now. This Citeh team truly doesn't even know the definition of defense, let alone how to apply it. Abysmal.

Would agree, everyone knows how many European Cups Real Madrid, Milan and Liverpool have won, but people who aren't fans of those clubs would struggle to name how many league titles they've won. Indeed. The fact that Champions League matches are broadcasted over the whole world also helps. (Don't know if this is the case in every country, but in Belgium you need to pay for the EPL matches, but CL/EL matches are broadcasted on national television. That's why a lot of people don't care for the EPL, but do for the CL) You're right though that Liverpool winning it this year would be spectacular. Such a shame that it's probably not going to happen. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have City win it than Chelsea, but it's just so... Meh.

From the BBC's live coverage site:
Text us on 81111 Franck, London: The only reason Mourinho wins trophies is because he uses expensive squads - he is no different to Allardyce or Pulis. Give them the same teams and they will win with the same tactics.

Pelligrini looks like a weathered Arsene Wenger. Seriously. He's a good man though - he's got more class and dignity in his little finger than everyone associated with Chavski. Ideally, would be great for football if Liverpool win but would be content seeing City lift it just for him really.
