adults should not be watching that crap, when they could be watching... To be fair, ufc is just as staged as wwe. Conor has more charisma than the majority of the WWE roster these days. Gonna miss Bryan in the ring but it was coming for a while now

Arrrrrghhhhh, nooooooooo........ Not unexpected, but just too bad he couldnt find way to return, there's rumours tonights Raw appearance could be the setup for a Wrestle mania retirement angle or match with Owens or Brock... I'd like to think so as that would an incredible end to a stupendous Wwe run, really Bryan was never gonna top WM 30 as a feel good moment, but its bittersweet he was never given the chance due to VKM. Won't be watching live tonight though, far too much shite filler on these 3 hour Raws, I'll see what happens tomorrow probably.

^ I only mention Brock cause Bryan's on record as wanting to get the chance to wrestle against him, I certainly imagine Vince thinking it would be a 'waste' of a Brock match.
I had a high opinion of Bryan before reading his autobiography, but didn't realise he was forced to take so much crap from wwe head office, his stories about meeting Vince for the first time, being lectured by him in promo class and, like Punk, the booking in which the writers gave him shit and he turned it into gold was by turns awkwardly hilarious and genuinely heart wrenching.

I suspect he probably is "retiring" ie getting out of his contract at WWE, but don't think he'll be finished in ring and maybe he'll go to Japan or Lucha Underground or something.
Could easily be a swerve though, timing seems a bit coincidental what with it being Road to Wrestlemania and all that. If he is coming back please don't put him in a match with Brock, one of the most injury prone wrestlers in the ring with one of the stiffest workers, disaster waiting to happen.

No swerve, thank you and goodbye D-Bry. Terrible shame it came to this but his health is far more important.

Really sucks, they dicked Bryan around for years, he was obviously one of the greatest of all time so its hard tobbe bitter, but he could've been so much more. All the time and money they invested farting around with Reigns hasn't amounted to jackshit and I'm not interested in a Wwe where Reigns is promoted as a main star. His Raw speech was a fitting farewell he was and remains a total class act.

^This is what someone disappearing up their own arse looks like.
Daniels retirement broke my heart. It was the hardest RAW to get through since Guerrero died for me

I'm surprised they are able to PPV so many WWE events in the UK when it is on in the middle of the night. I guess the economics make sense, but i can see why people wouldn't just download it in the morning.

Motherfucking Shane O Mac vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania in a Hell in a Cell match, don't think anyone in a million years saw that coming. That crowd reaction for Shane was one of the biggest I've ever heard.

Undertaker is back on Raw next week so I guess we'll find out more then. Still great just to see Shane O Mac back though and I'm with you, I hope it's for the long haul. Would be a bit anti-climactic if he was only appearing up until Wrestlemania.

Shane McMahon VS Undertaker is the reason I will actually be watching a WWE PPV live for the first time. (I could never stay up that late as a kid so I'd just watch them the next day).
I'm really glad Shane's back, hopefully it's for the long haul. Wrestling seriously needs freshening up and I have faith in him to ensure just that.

Im inclined to say that wwe is changing, the product has been getting edgier recently but I wont say too much until after mania as its probably just a shift to get the more casual fans interested (which is working). I havnt watched a PPV since about 2005 and I only watch what happens on raw through youtube etc but I might watch mania this year.

For anyone doubting that Shane will actually wrestle, he's tweeted a video of himself training "for 'Mania". I don't think he'd need to train if he was just going to to have someone fight Undertaker in his place.

I don't think edgier necessarily means better but yeah I get where you're coming from. WWE has been really stale for the best part of 3 years now, other than the odd moment like Lesnar breaking the streak which was without a doubt one of the most shocking moments in wrestling history, it just hasn't been interesting which is why a lot of viewers have given up on it.

Sometimes you wonder what goes through the WWE writer's minds. This whole Wyatt Family eliminating Lesnar at the Rumble now makes no sense...
