OK...maybe an irrelevant thread. But, does not everyone agree this is just an absolutely amazing tune? It's an absolute onslaught from start to finish and the ultimate party tune. Listening to this pished is just an added bonus as well.

I wholeheartedly agree. Although I'm not usually one for parties, I can certainly hear plenty of wild excitment and adrenaline in this song. The guitar solo that runs through the end is one of my favourites and one of the first I figured out to play on my own

Those early punk songs like Bring it on down and Headshrinker are both awesome.

went to see them live for the first time in melbourne in 2005 when I was 12, and when zak started pounding this one out I knew it would be the best gig of my life!

I just love the middle part of the tune, after the first chorus ends...the beat hits and Liam belts out
"Bring it on down, bring it down for me Your head's in a fish tank Your body and your mind can't breathe
Bring it on down, bring it down for me Your head's in a fish tank Your body and your mind can't breathe"
Class.

The coolest part of any Oasis song for me

AWESOME song!
Truly an epitome of Oasis' huge sound in the 90's.
Noel's solos, Tony's drumming, Liam's vocals (especially the distortion during the breakdown). It's all GOLD : )

Is it true that Alan couldn't drum this song? Bring It On Down was played after he was sacked. Don't like the version with Zak on drums though.

Lyrically one of the best Oasis tunes.
Unbelievably catchy.

Gotta say this and Up In The Sky are probably my least favourite off DM. They're not bad, better than a lot of post-1997 stuff. But I'd have preferred Fade Away to be on the album really.
