So. Full. Chicken strips and fires. Then a surprise call from my auntie for a roast dinner. Theres ham and potatoes on the table at home, but I'm way to damn full to even consider eating it. I'm off to hibernate til morning.

Literally just ate my usual. 5 egg white omlette with broccoli and onions plus I cup kashi go lean cereal
Sounds bland but a little hot sauce and you'll never know its egg whites not yolks and you save over 300 calories when u add go lean. Kashi instead of normal cereal and it tastes good

two cups of coffee, grapefruit juice, a bowl of Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch. apparently we're suppose to eat 5 fruits and 5 vegetables per day. i always thought it was a combination of the two to total 5, 5 of each seems a little extreme. what are your thoughts on this britishlove? i guess in what I just ate right there i have at least two fruits covered but 5 fruits and 5 vegetables still seems a bit much..... God bless.

I try to eat healthy myself, but sometimes hard, especially amount of coffee or caffeine I need to keep going for work. I will admit sometimes I eat crap like hot pockets, because carbs to burn during work. I have cut down or stop eating much candy.

But, I'm trying to get back into my balenciaga jeans so they're not so tight, so I've cut out a lot of the garbage. Last night at dinner I wanted to order the fettuccine alfredo, but I opted for a spinach salad with scallops instead...it was a mistake, and I should've just enjoyed the damn pasta!!!!!

I stopped eating red meat and I rarely eat pork. I stopped eating red meat after seeing the cattle getting rammed with forklifts in that video and even before I always felt guilty. Most likely a cow be a pet for me. I could never kill animal. I grew up around Seventh Day Adventist, so I can easily stop eating meat completely. I do feel same way as you. I don't know my girl gives me a hard time and thinks I am too soft.
