Could be from a gig, an interview or anything at all, but what is that Oasis video that you keep going back to when you have an Oasis viewing urge? For me, it's this video. The most incredible crowd and atmosphere. Noel couldn't believe the crowd himself by the look of him at the end

I can't seem to find Stand By Me or Rock N Roll Star Top of the pops video. Anyone know where I can find them? Download them? Without having to pay from that one only website which has all the videos in DVD.

Copy the youtube link from your browser, click the 'Tube' icon from the Add Tags bar, then paste the link between the two sets of brackets:

Can't get enough of this, love how it's played faster That's one of my favourites too. Fantastic delivery! I was just wondering if anyone knows the following about it for an article I'm writing about Oasis on TV. (I would obviously credit your contribution in the article). - the name of the programme it was shown on - the original broadcast date - if it was shown on MTV Europe or its US counterpart. I know the video has a MTV2 logo on there but, as far as I know, that channel was launched in 1996, after this was likely recorded (mid-late 1994?) Judging by the quality of the upload, it was ripped from a more recent repeat on digital TV. Thanks! Oh, and here's one I keep going back to - another MTV performance in fact:

Apparently the MTV 1994 Supersonic linked to above was for 120 Minutes and was broadcast on 13/11/94 by MTV America*. I didn't realise until recently that they also recorded a version of Live Forever in the same session (shame it's so shortened, as the performance is great) There's also this official MTV upload of the episode shown on 16/10/95 which features Oasis as that week's guest - sadly it's not available outside the US: www.mtvhive.com/playlists/AF1B250202251BAF000102251BAF/mgid:playlist:video:mtvmusic.com:72974The playlisting for the episode on the 120 minutes archive site says Rock n Roll Star was the third song played: I wonder if it was another in studio performance, footage from a gig, or maybe just a screening of the music video. Perhaps someone in the US can confirm? *according to this site on 120 Minutes: tylerc.com/the-120-minutes-archive/
