The reviewer is excited about if i had a gun so there's little worries there. but not too much, it's a noel's record, and he never disappointed before

yeah it seems like a pretty biased review, but as an Oasis/Noel fan this excites me to a certain degree. But like I said this review seems to be written by a huge oasis/noel fan and he/she's judgement is biased.

I agree it seems biased, though if that's how the reviewer genuinely feels about it - fair enough. I assume most of us on this forum are huge Oasis/Noel fans so in that respect, it bodes well to know that a fellow "mega fan" has enjoyed it so much. Well written too.

as an/a oasis/noel-fan it's nice to see that a biased judgement is that positive. because i will listen to it as a long time oasis/noel-fan and will probably get the same excitement as the reviewer. i mean the review says "The 10 songs on Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds rank as the best set of material the singer-songwriter and guitarist has assembled since (What's The Story) Morning Glory?" thats enough for me. i think true fans are more critical.
for example: the more biased critics for the BDI album weren't as excited as the noel ones

youandmegirl, why don't you stop reading reviews instead of calling others motherfuckers and keep shouting F-word? It will save you much time IMO. I don't read any reviews and don't download the leak before buying the albums of my favourite bands/artiest. Who said I'm wanting for time, you idiot??...Right, shut it. I reckon it's quite apparent that my appearance on here is of having too much time, yes? (Look at that, I didn't even use the f-word fuckin once!)

If they at least called one song shit I would be so much happier.
Man, if that one song was WAL (Ok guys, lets face it. Its not as good as anyone was hoping), I would feel great, since I can definitely live with that being the bad song.
I mean, this is coming from a guy who thought it would be a good idea to repeat the lyric "put your money where your mouth is, your mumma said that you wuz real"

i think that album is gonna be a classic/mega/a whisper that its gonna turn in to a loud big bang. so far i love all his new stuff/official tracks (except the good rebel) and still to hear the classic RM and STC... It can only be seen a classic and probably his best collection of songs since Oasis debut ...
