I've spent a small fortune on Oasis in the last year, you'd think I'd have better things to spend my hard (well......) earned cash on!
Album CD - £8.99 Album CD / DVD - £11.99 Album Vinyl - £16.99 Super Deluxe Boxset £49.99
The Shock of the Lightning - CD £3.99 The Shock of the Lightning 7" - £3.99
I'm Outta Time CD - £3.99 I'm Outta Time 7" - £3.99 I'm Outta Time Remixes 7" - £3.99 I'm Outta Time (Demo) Digital Download - 79p
Falling Down CD - £3.99 Falling Down 7" - £3.99 Falling Down 12" - £6.99 Falling Down Digital Bundles x 2 - £6.99
Reissue Album Vinyl Boxset - £135
The Dreams We Have As Children (iTunes Album) - £7.99 iTunes Singles (Boy With The Blues / High Horse Lady Remix) - £2.37 iTunes Live EP - £2.49
Glasgow Ticket - £32.50 Manchester Ticket - £38 Programme - £10 Tour T-shirts x 3 - £50
Total - £410
above not including
Day / Night out in Glasgow - £60 Weekend in Manchester (Travel, Hotel, Food, Drink) £300
Total - £770
Would have been more had I not went to T in the Park as I would have made one of the Wembley gigs too, and I've not included any of the rip off booking fees and postage costs for the tickets, albums and singles.

lol I've truly made a profit! I bought the
CD/DVD £11.99 The Shock of the Lightning - CD £3.99 I'm Outta Time CD - £3.99 Falling Down CD - £3.99 The Dreams We Have As Children CD from the newspaper - Free iTunes Live EP - £2.49 1 tour t-shirt - £18 train tickets to gigs - £28
2 tix to Wembley Sunday off eBay - (paid only £35, face value £90) + £55
Free iTunes gig, sold extra ticket for + £100
so I've spent about £65 on oasis stuff this year, I don't include food and beers at gigs because I'd have bought that stuff anyway regardless of where I was. Wth all that I'm up about £90 thanks to XFM!

why would someone spend money in the same stuff with different formats? I know there were a couple of extras, but some are exact the same!

I flew to japan to see them so that was a $2000 holiday that I wouldn't have done if they weren't there. Did other stuff while there but triggered by them being at FujiRock. Plus singles and albums.

why would someone spend money in the same stuff with different formats? I know there were a couple of extras, but some are exact the same! only reason i get the different formats is i try and collect all the official releases, also have a handful of promos. since i started collecting i'm only missing about six 7" vinyls, five 12" and the original the masterplan on vinyl.

I don't want to mentally relive the amount of ca$h I've spent on this whole DOYS era since I've bought every singles' format/bundle-super deluxe-lp-digital bundle-some T-shirts-program-not to mention hotel stay for Vegas-made available to me. Id of $pent more if the lads would have decided to come back and give the US another go. And I'm still trying to hunt down a fair priced REissue Lp vinyl box set. Anyone? Anyone?
