Blind Faith- Dream Theater
Looking at the lyrics, is James LaBrie predicting Trump 2016 14 years early? And do I see a With or without you U2 reference?

It's great when you listen to some artist and decide to concentrate on the lyrics (usually I don't unless they're sung clearly) and realise they seem to totally match what you're also going through in life. Whatever it is you're thinking Sit down and let's give it a try You know that I'll always listen But sometimes I'm wondering why You don't lie to me And I wouldn't lie to you, oh no Baby I'm feeling lost I don't know what I'm going to do You don't know what you're putting me through I gotta get away from you Once in a while you're lonely Tell me if needed a friend I'm wondering what is the matter But you say that you can't explain But you don't lie to me And I wouldn't lie to you, oh no But baby I'm feeling lost I don't know what I'm going through You don't know what you're putting me through I gotta get away from you Do you want me I want you You don't want me I want you Don't you know I'm losing sleep at night Sleep at night I don't know what I'm going to do You don't know what you're putting me through I gotta get away from you Whatever it is you're thinking Sit down and let's give it a try You know that I'll always listen But sometimes I'm wondering why You don't lie to me And I wouldn't lie to you, oh no But baby I'm feeling lost I don't know what I'm going to do You don't know what you're putting me through I gotta get away from you

Smile Like You Mean It - The Killers (Glastonbury 2019) I thought they were a British band when I bought their debut album in 2005. I really loved the album and I still do. I remember them playing at John Peel stage at Glasto 2004 when Oasis were a headliner. They grew very well through the years, unlike Kings of Leon who turned from Molly's Chamber to a crap like Sex on Fire. I still can't get into Brandon Flower's shinny suit though.

What a performance that was at Glastonbury, one of the best I've ever seen. And throwing Johnny Marr into the mix - perfect.

Continuing the Johnny Marr theme, what a tune this is on Strangeways. My favourite from the album.
One of the greatest 'what ifs' in music is wondering what The Smiths would have done after this album - more so than any other band who split. But as they say, the greatest always keep their audience wanting more.
