hey guys, anyone know the chords Keep What You Got by Noel and Ian Brown? I know the song its just like teotihuacan, but now it has a guitar base, which actually seems quite simple.... so if anyone could tell me I'd be really happy, cos' I kind of liked this song and wanted to see how does it sound acoustic....

I dont know, dont know the song. But if its that simple, why dont you try to figure it out yourself?
Lock yourself in a room with a cd-player, ciggs, and a few sixpacks and dont come out before you have it. Youll learn a lot from it.

hehe, I'll put myself into it anyway! thanks dude, guess I"ll just have to try a little harder, but no problem this time will be with the ciggs and the sixpacks, I might be more lucky!

finally got an MP3 of the song thanks to Edonkey....
quality tune btw
when i saw noel playing it on jonathon ross i thought he was playing most of the verse at the 7th fret (picking a barred E chord) but when i played it, it didnt sound right so i realised his guitar must have been tuned down a step.... a quick re-tuning later and i came up with-
Verse
E (7th fret)
D A (for certain parts add G A after these chords)
Chorus and Outro
E (7th fret) D A E (open)
i've just played along with the song and it sounds ok. of course, my guitar is probably horrendously out of tune....

Most of it is 3 chords, without a capo it's d#, c# and g#. The intro and quite a lot of the song is just d#.
Hey, teacher, leave those kids alone.

With a capo on the 6th fret, that's am, g and d open shapes.
He definitely used a capo on Jonathan Ross, the lazy git.

Yeah, on Jonathan ross, its the only live version... and I said 10th fret just because I wasn't in the mood of counting, but definitely, a capo on the 6th fret!

I'm not sure why he isn't using it on the official video, but since he didn't used it on wonderwall's video, I think he simply doesn't care much for it....
