Was thousands deep in the queue for Cardiff and Sheffield on Ticketmaster. After about 30 mins SeeTickets finally loaded for me with all tickets unavailable.
Just spammed the refresh button for both gigs over and over and eventually 2 tickets popped up in the basket at 9:56!!
So standing at Cardiff. Another venue and City to tick off the list
Phew

Was in Belast last night. Thought LG himself was fine. The sound was so quiet though. I mentioned it straight away to my brother during “Hello”. Really wasn’t impressed with the crowd either. Some young lads actuall started a mosh pit during CS. Got a full cup of piss launched on my head during “Soul Love” which no one knew any of the words. He did play TWIN but not COYK. Shame really, first time I’ve come away from an LG/NG feeling meh. Can’t wait for the next one down the road though!

Super on the fence about attending this Dundee gig next Sat, can’t believe I haven’t bothered to get a ticket and have zero fear about missing out on one. Bit of a shame cause I love WBTM and the EPs but there’s something about him live that makes him not “can’t miss”.

Amazing gig and day. Incredible memories made for sure. I had zero issues with getting in out. No issues with the bar or toilets. Was pleasantly surprised.
We got ourselves down from Aberdeen so it was a bit of an operation. Got a train down to Sheffield on the Friday night. And a gig bus from Sheffield to the venue at 10AM sat morning. Bus had a cracking atmosphere, everyone on it and at the gig was just so happy and friendly. Most zen Oasis-related gig I’ve been to I reckon. Was back in the hotel at Sheffield by 3:30AM.
sucks to hear some guys and girls had a big of mare with the travel. Sometimes it happens, had bigger stresses myself just trying to get home from a gig 5 miles from my house!!
Just wanted to give my positive experience cause I think the organisers are getting enough pelters when all in all it was a very special day

That's perfect thanks! Is this expected to sell out any time soon? I don't really have the money to spend on this right now but wouldn't want to miss out either.
Edit: just seeing now that I have the option to pay 10 pounds now and the rest next year.
Yeah mate, this is pretty much what I’m doing aswell, getting the train down from Abereeen to Sheffield, staying there Friday, Saturday. Bus to and from the gig. Got me and a pal two nights in a hotel at £46. Defo take it. But aye £10 now and the rest next year, nae bad

Can’t hate HC, bought the CD from HMV at the same time I bought Super Mario Galaxy. You know for the wii. Remember getting home and slamming the CD on the stereo while playing Mario on mute. Every time I hear (Probably) All in the Mind it gives me instant nostalgia for Super Mario. Good shit

Aberdeen tonight: Big man came out for a 2nd encore after Champagne Supernova. Light came on and then went off again. Played Cigs & Alcohol after being booed earlier in the night for saying he wasn’t going to play it. Absolute electric

Glad to get a point, think we could have won that, Ireland were beatable but in the end that last 5 minutes were tense so to come away with a point, keeps us in a very good position considering we don't balls up against Gibraltar or Georgia, could be down to us and Poland and what game at Hampden that will be. Now time to watch Gibraltar pump Germany, for the price of a sky package the lack of HD is disappointing !

A tense final - either one of them will be a worthy winner. Bingham's story is incredible - a minnow who by all accounts is expected to be at an age when his best years are behind him, yet here he is playing the best snooker of his lifetime. And then there's Murphy - can't underestimate his efforts either, given his career the last ten years has been a rollercoaster from World Champion to middle pack also ran, to oce again becoming possible World Champion. Great stories from the pair of them. That's true about both their stories and yesterday's play proved they both deserve to be where they are right now, that second session was such a thriller. It's set up to be a cracking final two sessions today with the scores being as close as possible. Absolutely gutted I have to work, so I'm on the replays, psyching myself up for a (hopefully) tense finale .

I'm all catch up on the snooker right now, my times are all screwed thanks to the boxing so I'm just away to watch the first session of the final just now and the second tomorrow morning. What an intense match last night though. I was thinking it was Judd's year since the grand prix, Bingham deserved it very much and his journey/story is great, seems like a really nice guy also. I'm routing for Bingham as for some reason I'm not Murphy's biggest fan but to the man's credit he has been on fire pretty much every match and nearly every session, It's true to say that anything can happen as no one expected Bingham to get past Ronnie and Judd.

Interesting results in the Quarters then. Ronnie and Robertson out! Barry Hawkins really deserved it. Semis tomorrow Shaun Murphy/Barry Hawkins and Judd Trump/Stuart Bingham.
I expect a Trump/Hawkins final and that's what I hope for. I think Murphy will come out all guns blazing but Hawkins making the match go the distance. I see Trump being 2-3 frames ahead for the majority of the match.
Anyone else fancy making a prediction?

So with the quarter-finals coming to an end tonight, it looks it anybody's game for the semis.
Trump destroying Ding was incredible to watch, very entertaining, he was my pick for before the tournament and there is no reason he can't win it playing like that.
Still a long way to go in the Bingham/O'Sullivan match, both playing under par in my opinion yesterday and if the winner plays like that against Trump then they have no chance.
McGill/Murphy comes to an end this afternoon, It could go all the way, will be rooting for McGill simply because it's a great story and the guys just seems so grateful to have made it this far already. However I can see Murphy just making it through.
Robertson/Hawkins is pretty interesting, the mini-sessions have so one-sided to one player (3-1 Robertson, then 4-0 Hawkins) however in today's session both players don't seem to be at the races yet. We will see tonight how it pans out, I'm guessing a 13-11 win for Robertson or 13-12 win for Hawkins.
Sill predicting the better players will progress and we'll see Robertson/Murphy and Trump/O'Sullivan and from there on anyone can win it. It's exciting times ahead for this championship.

How many times is O'Sullivan going to say he has no motivation and is going to quit? I loved Hendry's reaction to it, just laughing it off, pretty much saying he is talking nonsense and is desperate to beat his record of world championship wins.

Sounds like some very good times, I just checked and its 50/1 so its actually £250 plus my fiver back. So even better actually its a wild story i flew over the pond solo for my mate stuarts wedding , he was minted rented a castle out for wedding ....was with her 8 years , anyaway ..NO BULLSHIT night before the wedding we are all on a pissup in this pub when lousie tells him she has been shagging this bloke who works with her at NEXT !!! 8 quid ahour dude , needless to say he canceled wedding , and thru a huge part instead at castle , before going to party i made that parlay...... needless to say we partied that cash away in STYLE , GEAR , GIRLS AND LIMOS FOR AFTERPARTY , still went home with a few hundred quid to the good and a boatload of memories There is nothing I can add to that other than that is a very awesome story... probably the funniest and best story I've heard in a while, Louise working at next for 8 quid an hour, thats comedy gold man

Call me sad or whatever but so far I have seen BBC's coverage of every session except the 2nd part of this afternoon and this evening, I will watch them soon as I don't know the reuslts. Anyway I've been finding it very entertaining. I don't normally like Selby but he has been in two very exciting matches. Incredibly chuffed for McGill, the Smiths walk on is so cool aswell. I really enjoyed Ding/Higgins. I think Murphy has been incredible to watch so far as has Robertson. I can see the semis very well being Murphy/Robertson and Ronnie/Trump which would be very ideal indeed, but Trump still has to overcome Fu thn Ding (Which should be a very interesting match) This championship definitely deserves more exposure this year as there are 5 very top top players who are in for a shout to win it

I have a fiver on Mayweather to win in the last round for a nice £200 return, I can't see Mayweather being knocked out and there is absolutely no chance the fight will be stopped (the referee will be under far too much pressure to stop the fight). If Manny is to win it would have to be through points, Can't wait though! A fiver for two hundred quid !!!!! Goid luck mate !!! Once in william hill I put a tender on a 5 team parlay , rovers scored in stoppage time I won 5 thousand quid ! True story Great times. Sounds like some very good times, I just checked and its 50/1 so its actually £250 plus my fiver back. So even better
