I just started wondering about something... Since some countries have already started closing their borders I wonder if there's a chance I'll be stuck in Scotland when I'm supposed to return back to Finland at the start summer? That'd be quite something.

With fuckwits like these being elected, is it any surprise that nature has decided 'enough is enough' for humanity?

Breaking into coughing fits in the grocery store during the corona virus outbreak produces hilarious results.

If there is no bread, I'll bake one by myself and there's still alternative.
I feel so sorry for the elderly people and people with illness who don't have an opportunity to go out or can't go to a shop/supermarket on their own. Greedy bastards are on run.
Having said that, Sun shines after the heavy rain/storm.
Keep up and use your healthy mind people!

How is everyone coping with confinement? Here in Spain yesterdat the gobernment announced very hard actions to stop the virus (basically we can't go outside, unless if it's for getting food at a store or to help elder people).
I've heard most countries are taking similar actions, but the UK is acting like it wasn't a threat. I'm wondering if you british users on this forum are okay with that.

If you are in the UK and use Twitter, you should follow him. He is the National Clinical Director of the Scottish Government. If you want sensible, pragmatic information and advice over this complete mind-fuck we are about to go through, listen to this man. You'll get mote sense out of this man than the clown in 10 Downing Street.

Dutch government announced last Thursday that everyone must work from home if it's possible. All the uni and college are closed until the end of month. They're debating if primary school and high school should be closed from tomorrow or not. All the activity with more than 100 people are banned including concerts, sports, cinema and all that. On the other hand, I just went to a supermarket and although there was no orange's and baking mix for bread, plenty of toilet paper and pasta's in a shop. Everyone seems calm. But I think we'll follow the hard action of Spain and France soon. Sun was shining yesterday and today. This is what it is and there's not so much we can do at this moment. we should stay calm.

You know I havent been pissed off in a long time. Today I saw a post where someone compared the situation a few years ago in my country with the US on the toilet paper. You will have your toilet paper tomorrow. I didnt had it for a year. Fuck you and your false equivalence.

We can't stop the virus completely with these safety measures, and in fact, trying too hard to stop it would backlash in a few months when it'd appear again. I think these current actions have been pretty good and we should only try to slow it down instead of stopping it completely. The virus will die out eventually when more people start to get the immunity.

Breaking into coughing fits in the grocery store during the corona virus outbreak produces hilarious results. Schadenfreude. Yeah I’m sure it’s great fun watching people panic at the thought of the most vulnerable in society dropping down. Why don’t you just walk around an airport in a fake suicide vest if this is what gets you off. Fucking idiot.

That reminds me of when my dad and I were walking around the neighborhood awhile back and our neighbor (a Republican) was telling us that her daughter's fiancé couldn't get a green card to stay in the US from Canada. So both her and her daughter are going to go over there. Fine, that's your choice. But that's not like immigrating to the US because you were otherwise stuck tending to a farm 24/7 for the rest of your life.
