There's no point in throwing shade at the setlist of a opening act. He's there to merely entertain the crowd, who are there for the main act.
Expecting Liam to sing more that a tune or two from the new record and Oasis hits is wishful thinking. Everyone in his position would do the same thing.

Oh if we're doing fantasy setlists... here's what I'd love to see for the proper WMWN tour... though this will never happen:
FITB (full band live) Hello Lyla Shockwave Supersonic One of Us Why Me Why Not Columbia Some Might Say Chinatown Paper Crown Wonderwall Now That I’ve Found You Come Back To Me Cigarettes and Alcohol The River Gone Wall of Glass Live Forever I’ve All I Need --- Sad Song Stand By Me Once --- Roll With It

Anyone in US know good radio sites? www.npr.org/sections/world-cafe/ The one at the bottom of this link might work. npr.org is one of my very favourite sites and they've got lots of great (studio) sessions, live concert among The World Cafe. Highly recommended for any music lovers. All the video's from World Cafe will be available on their website shortly after and it stays ondemand.

The World Cafe sessions are very rarely streamed live. They go on demand later on

Bad setlist, same old Oasis songs and the very worst of his album. Guys I think we need some perspective here. He’s opening up for The Who on a West Coast USA tour to a bunch of baby boomers in their very late 60s. This is not his market. They probably don’t even know who he is. Please don’t drop money for these gigs expecting more from Liam. He will be back next year. A proper tour. This exactly. He's doing a tight half hour set and most of the people in the audience probably think "It's that Wonderwall band, but didn't they break up?". Looking forward to him coming back and doing a proper tour in the US.

Let's the crowd sing Wonderwall but they don't really respond Wow he sounds great. Compare this to crowd shot videos of 2008!
