Stole this idea from somewhere else.
Basically a play on 'What the Fuck?' Essentially, this thread is for times that really boggle your mind - both good and bad. Shocking decisions, astonishing transfers, massive mistakes, monumental and unexpected moments, etc.
An example would have been the day Arsene Wenger resigned/sacked as it came out of no where and so unexpected at that particular time. I remember waking up and reading the news which prompted me to say: What the fuck? What the football?
You can draw from both what is currently happening, or you can revive moments from football's past that prompted you to say: 'What the Fuck?/What the Football?'

Seeing the WC qualifiers game Scotland vs England, where Leigh Griffiths scored two brilliant free kicks(both of them just minutes apart if I remember it correctly), one with his right foot and the other with his left. It made me wonder if I had ever seen/heard of that before, and while I'd be very surprised if it has never happened, I'm not sure if it has ever been done by a player on the level of Leigh Griffiths(no offence) against such an opposition.
Edit: Apparently both goals were scored with his left foot, so I guess the time(three minutes apart) was what made my head spin that time, plus the fact that he put in the other corner the second time. And that's not mentioning how brilliant both of them are, plus the fact that he died this playing for Scotland against England. The ultimate boyhood dream for most Scottish kids I would presume.

Leicester winning the Premier League The 2015/16 season paved the way for Arsenal to win the league. Arsene Wenger losing the title to Leicester is to me the single biggest failure of Wenger’s tenure.
