Didn't even notice that they did the full band version of Live Forever. Gotten so used to it sounding the same at every gig, which is great but not that interesting.

Liam voice sounds like 2001 era! Not really IMO. For me his tone is mostly similar to the very start of the DBTT tour: The difference is that he can go higher (and has more power which is a different thing than his tone) and maintains notes a lot easily and keeps the level of performance pretty much for an entire tour (bar the occasional exception which every singer has).

It’s happening, stage time 9.45pm. Did he play as expected? No protesters disrupted the gig? I wasn’t there unfortunately, had a couple of days away, but I’m hearing great things. Brilliant crowd, plenty of scowling, full festival set (75 mins). Very small stage, but yeah all good.
