Andy has been way to critical of Noel to be allowed back. Guigsy would never do it. Liam Gallagher(Lead vocals, Tambourine) Noel Gallagher(Co Lead vocals, Backing Vocals, Lead and rhythm guitar) Gem Archer(Rhythm and lead guitar) Chris sharrock(Drums) Session dude or maybe bonehead(bass guitar) Liam and Noel would be a given. Chris and Gem would be in, because of the NGHFB connection. Liam would want Bonehead involved, hence him on bass. Though they could put Gem on Bass just the same. Only down for that if we get Jay Darlington on keys.

1) This Is The Place - 8.5/10 - Single worthy. A top 10 solo track. 2) Black Star Dancing - 8/10 - Solid album track. A little lacking in the production department when compared to WBTM?. 3) Sail On - 7/10 - Sounds like one of the many NGHFB/CY era b-sides. Quite similar to 'I'd Pick You Every Time'. 4) A Dream Is All I Need To Get By - 6.5/10 - Very average. Probably another unreleased track which has been mildly updated. 5) Rattling Rose - 6.5 - Not really my thing. Nice break in it though. 6) Wandering Star - 5.5 - Underwhelming. One of my least favourite tracks he's released as a solo artist. 7) Evil Flower - 4.5/10 - On paper this should be right up my street. Turns out it's not.
Overall it's been a mixed bag for me from Noel which is a little surprising considering how consistently good he's been this decade. 'TITP' and 'BSD' are two very solid additions to his catalogue and 'Sail On' would've made for another nice b-side had he been releasing these songs in the more traditional album/single format. Unfortunately I don't see myself returning to the rest of what's been released which to my ears largely sounds like tepid reworks of old material he deemed less interesting to pursue and a noticeable step backwards from what we were hearing on 'Who Built The Moon?'. I'm still looking forward to hearing 'Come On Outside' (my favourite unreleased track of his we've heard) but in the context of the three LP's he's released so far I think the EP's are unfortunately a bit of a flop.

I think the EPs have been a big time success when just looking at this forum’s reaction. We got people that ride for “This Is The Place”, others for “Black Star Dancing”, “A Dream Is All I Need To Get By” seems like a favorite of so many and “Sail On” seems like its entering unheralded gem status. Plus we got two more songs coming. Compare that to older Noel release schedule where right now we’d be getting............nothing.
Dial me in for more of this action. It’s evolution baby.

I think we need to remember, to evaluate those songs, that's they are the equivalent of leftovers you eat in the fridge on a sunday night. With that in mind, it's good material.

Wandering Star smashing into the sales chart at 41... www.officialcharts.com/charts/singles-sales-chart/In an alternative universe Noel went solo in 99 and had a string of number 1 solo singles. In that universe the west lost the Cold War and half the population of the earth was wiped out by atom bombs though, so swings and roundabouts. X

Noel could name the new album: "you make it cooked and they want it raw, you make it raw and they want it cooked ..."😏

What are the chances of all these EPs being released on 💿 as a full album with a couple extras ?
Surely Noel wont mind the extra cash

Defeats the point of doing standalone EPs in the first place. Though of course I’ll end up buying it if he does! He’s talked about his next album being a double. I wouldn’t mind him taking a couple of the best tracks from these EPs and sprinkling them on that album to pad it out. Obviously more new tracks would be better though! X

I don't think Andy was at all critical of Noel until Noel attempted to throw him under a bus at the press conference?

Didn't they meet at that festival in 2015/16 when Andy was back with Ride?

He is part of the most iconic Oasis gigs - Darlington only gets a pass because he had some weird cult like following for looking like Jesus. As ever post-2000, along with Andy and Gem, put in the trash bin.

Who scored some sizable hits, especially in the UK. P.S. George Harrison isn't Jesus.
