Oh, I love, love, love, I never want to be like you. People might just not get it. It's such a beautifully introverted tune with ironic lyrics. China Town is class too. It shows how great this is...

I really like that threatening guitar that comes in for the instrumental. Not sure about some of the other bits though.

How is Chinatown winning this? Far worse songs on the album. Doesn't Have To Be That Way is fucking atrocious and the three Beady Eye songs in the middle.

Cant believe Chinatown is leading. Fucking great chorus and instrumental. Fuck this place. Dumbfounded personally - I usually see what others mean with tunes they dislike and I like but it's a mystery in that can't hear what others are hearing. I really really like that tune. I can see why somebody would dislike the verses, but the chorus is super stellar and the production is perphaps the most interesting, unique bit on the whole record. That alone expeles from possibly being the worst tune on the album. Among your least favorites, fine, but the absolute worst? Hell nah. You Better Run for me, easy. I would put When I'm in Need and I've All I Need as the two most overhyped ones, they're decent, but putting them above Kurstin's tunes is silly to me. WOG, Paper Crown and COME BACK TO ME (easy nm. 1) are my top three... Shieet, maybe I'd even put Chinatown in there instead of Paper Crown. I can't make my mind up on Doesn't Have to... tho. The lyrics put me off more than the ones on Chinatown do others, and the chorus has well grown on me after finding it jarring upon first listen or twl, and I liked it vocally and instrumentally from the start. Does racecar lyrics etc. fuckin make me dismiss the whole song, which kind of makes me feel for the Chinatown haters (still better than the lyrics on this tune tho haha).

You Better Run and I Get By, both sounds like those generic Beady Eye songs.

I really like chinatown. I think "I get by" is the weakest one.

Chinatown isn't necessarily the worst song on here, but it doesn't feel like it tells any sort of story to me - it's blatantly not had any Liam input. You Better Run might be worse but I'm feeling Liam's past few years in it. Good rock song.

You Better Run is re-tread Beady Eye all the way. Sounds terrible next to the rest of the album.

Hard to explain but I suppose I'm talking about the trite Liam "rockers" that plod along going nowhere fast. You Better Run and I Get By reminds me of those sort of songs.

Chinatown was not a good single, but is a very good, even emotional song.
I like all the album. Really pleasant to listen from start, to finish. The worst could be Better run or I get by. They are generic Liam rockers, but somehow they work on the album. They are not as shit as, say, Shine a light with its 659 shines and come ons and all that shit that used to destroy Liam's songs.

'bold' reminds me a bit of 'back after the break', especially the intro.
