O'Connell said that a couple of blokes from Liam's record company came in the other day and played him two songs. He said both sounded ace, one was a big "Oasis style ballad" with strings etc.

I do think this song is going to be huge on the studio version, sounds a lot like Oasis.

I always hate when people name songs that have the same name as famous songs. Like Noel with "Dream On".

For What Its Worth confirmed as the next single.
The DJ said it'd be the next single and Liam didn't deny it so that's pretty much nailed on.
I wonder when we'll hear it?

Actually, that old joke about English mastering for non native speakers with "I understand Liam Gallagher!" as the highest level is not that far off! Very proud of myself.

Here's a download link for the interview: DownloadThanks for the link. Never understood why Liam and Noel always say they don't like any current music. It's been going on for like 10-12 years. There is LOADS of great music and bands out there. Loads.

Andy Bush, the afternoon DJ on Absolute just said on air that there is an unedited version of the interview with Liam on the Absolute Radio App.
I don't know if you can rip audio from an app though, I've never heard of that being done before?

That's his right and he's entitled to his own opinions. Imo I think DMA's are the most exciting band out there at the moment. Really looking forward to their new album

The singers voice reminds me of a young Liam, fantastic vocals.
