I was there too, great gig! Got a few videos: D'You Know What I Mean?: Be Here Now: Live Forever: Also got audio of the rest of the gig apart from Greedy Soul and the start of Bold but the audio quality isn't the best! Will upload it if anyone wants it though. Great videos dude! That's me on someone's shoulders during Live Forever! What a fantastic gig defo in my top 5 Gallagher gigs.

I love how Liam has resurrected the song Be Here Now, really enjoying it! It's sounding great. Always frustrated me a bit that it wasn't played live more often after 1998.

Everycow used to say they wereny even switched on half the time, so that's maybe how you got through last time, but I'm sure that'll have changed now and it's more than likely they'll go off... It's up to you like, I just personally wouldn't run the risk coz if they took it off you, or worse, didny let ye in at all, it'd be a sin.

It's been 24 hours now, so here are my thoughts.
I loved "Wall Of Glass", "Bold", "Paper Crown" (especially) and "All I Need" from the new songs but, he could've done with not putting them all in two four song chunks. The difference in attitude from the crowd for them and the Oasis song was startling. Also he could've introduced "Wall Of Glass" as the new single or out now or something. As it was it just sort of started and rumbled on.
The old songs were faultless. The whole crowd singing "Don't know, don't care, all I know is you can take me there" in "Slide Away" was breathtaking.
A Dr Who was there.
Jay Mehler has the easiest job in the world. Bonehead's guitar parts in Noel's sunglasses.
I laughed heartily at all the jacketcore boys with their coats on indoors sweating the £5.30 a pint lager out faster than they could consume it.

I went last night - was also at Manchester on Tuesday. Thoughts: think Liam sounded a touch better last night - probably a bit more relaxed after getting through the Manchester gig. The crowd were pretty good, the service at the bar was SLOW! I must say, I know we appreciate seeing the footage - but especially if you're on the main floor, STOP FILMING 30 SECOND VIDEOS EVERY SONG TO PUT ON YOUR INSTAGRAM! I don't mind people doing it once or whatever, but honestly half of the night I was watching Liam through somebody else's phone screen. Be Here Now was great to hear again, as was DYKWIM. New songs: Paper Crown is obviously a non-Liam tune (I think we know that already?) - sounds if anything, too polished! Bold is ok, a good Liam song. Would have been one of his better ones for Beady Eye. I've heard Universal Gleam twice, and I think it's been rubbish twice. Just plodding, dull, not a great melody. A couple of his new songs veered from sounding like BRMC to Beady Eye... Wall of Glass, Paper Crown, I Get By and Bold probably the best four. Agree with rorymcbride that they need to change up the setlist order. I did notice Wall of Glass appeared as the first new song last night instead of Greedy Soul, but that was the only change. Too many new songs in a row - just stagger the Oasis ones! If I was comparing the two Manchester has to edge it as it was the first gig of the tour/more anticipation, Bonehead came on, and of course Live Forever was really special... I'd say the crowd were way more intense at Manchester for obvious reasons, plenty of lads giving it a go at Brixton though! Most people tired out after 3 minutes of Rock 'N Roll Star! We're all getting old....

I also spotted Johnny Vaughan, Vernon Kaye and the original Kaiser Chiefs drummer. The stars were out!
