We are winning folks, and we're going to continue to win. We're going to win, it's going to be YUGE. The Premier League is big league, and we're winning big league. Our defense is going to build a wall, and Stan Kronke will pay for that wall. Kronke will pay. And the wall is going to be so big that our foes will no longer be able to defeat us. Have you seen Mertesacker? He's like 7 feet tall, he's like Big Bird - perhaps even slower than Big Bird, but nothing will get past Per. Nothing. And Jose Mourinho? I don't know Mourinho. I'm not Mourinho's best friend. Jose Mourinho called me a puppet the other day. Puppet? No he's the puppet. And even he outsmarted Roman Abramovich. And that Eva Carneiro is such a nasty woman. But I have the most respect for women - have you seen Alexis' wife? She's an 8, or even a 9 on a good day. Gone are the dark days of the last 10 years. We had some bad hombres in our squad - Denilson? Bendtner? Al-mun-i-a? Our best players were being sucked out of our squad and our chances of success were forever dying. They have been going to Citeh, to overseas competitors like Barcelona, and even teams in Chyna. And fourth place - that was so bad! so sad! So very sad! That was no trophy! It didn't help that we had the worst policy ever enacted in our history - Financial Fair Play has been a catastrophe. We need to repeal and replace FFP so our economy can compete with the Champions League clubs once again. The next manager is what it's all about and last season's second place is under such trauma. And don't forget folks - the Premier League is rigged. FIFA, UEFA, and the FA are all corrupt. Sepp Blatter should be in jail for what he did. I, on the other hand, I will make Arsenal great again, and I will lift the real trophies again! ====== Oh dear, what have I done matt ? I'm actually really annoyed that we've lost Bellerin for 4 weeks. We don't have adequate cover for him, and he's one of my favorite players. He plays for the shirt, and I love that. Absolute beast. matt

Absolute beast. mattNowhere near good enough cover for him - a big miss. They've really got their work cut out tomorrow - Wenger's record against Mourinho is terrible and their record against United in recent years at OT isn't too clever either. Massive massive hurdle - I read they create many chances but their conversion rate is poor, so if they want to win they have to improve massively on that. Whereas maybe give a couple of good chances to United and they will take them if on form. Anything less than top form from Arsenal, then I don't think they will win.

I know it's only November, but I think a Man Utd loss tomorrow sees them out of the title race. Playing the odds makes me reckon Arsene Wenger will finally get his league win over Maureen. It's due to happen.

Cue the standard "In previous seasons we would have lost this game" excuse. Becoming quite the cliche this season. matt

Game day, bitches.
Looking forward to watching Arsenal vs. Man Citeh this morning. It's a massive, must win match as a win moves us to within 6 pts of the leaders Chelsea. While a loss sees us remain 9 pts adrift.
Come On You Gooners!! #COYG

Ozil is my favorite current Arsenal player. But his attitude is starting to remind me of Arshavin's. I hope this isn't the case going forward. That little Russian was lazy as fuck and failed to deliver after his initial start with us. matt

That little Russian was lazy as fuck and failed to deliver after his initial start with us. mattYeah, supreme technical ability but so lazy when effort is needed most. Remember that match they got thrashed by Liverpool 5-1 a couple of years ago (they went 4 up inside twenty minutes). You could be forgiven for thinking tiredness was an issue but in those first twenty minutes Ozil lost the ball and just shamefully sauntered while Liverpool went up field and scored. Appalling attitude and his performance against City suggests old habits die hard. It was the most infuriating individual performance you'll ever see. You can't lose to Everton and City in one week and expect to win the league though. Both matches they were also dominant for long periods too so there's really no excuse. If Wenger goes in the summer, who do you hire? It's bizarre that there seemed to be no transition plans when the opportunity arose - and the opportunity was to hire Klopp who would have been ideal for them (and Man Utd who also blew their chance). Never gonna happen now.

And the important questions to ask yourself is who do you want to replace him with and are they available?

/\/\ this. whoever replaces him will have the same transfer/wage restrictions as wenger has. its an arsenal thing not an arsene one. anyone worth replacing him with is used to having 100s of millions at their disposal...plus theyve been allowed to offer wages 2 to 3 times more than at arsenal. thats why arsene is the perfect fit. when he finally goes, i can see a faster fall than united happening, lasting longer than liverpool's drought. appreciate him while you got him...

I would have thought that a post Ferdie United would have made Arsenal fans a little more appreciative of Wenger's achievements. And the important questions to ask yourself is who do you want to replace him with and are they available? Yep, for all the protestations, I've yet to see any viable candidate. If a club the size of Man Utd can struggle, then it would arguably be even more likely for Arsenal to collapse in a worse manner.
