"Liam Gallagher loves a quiet night in enjoying tea and biscuits" ...and a couple of double-brandy's and "loads of class-A drugs"

Wouldn't everything be done with the oasis doc by now? It's gotta be something else, a single for his solo career would sound too good To be true, but it does make sense since he's been back in the public eye for the last few months.

Oh yeah, that's probably it. Hope so, anyway. I used to like Liam being in those things. Better than just some no-mark male model with a square jaw and a vaguely moddish fringe, at least.

Makes sense in L.A. for a Pretty Green promo if they are still going ahead with the LA and NY concession stores- This in depth article from January stated after posting strong Christmas sales that the company was pressing ahead with expanding into the US market- Daily Telegraph Finance- Pretty GreenI didn't release Liam held under 50% of the shares, according to the article he has a 35% holding with other investors owning the rest. I wonder if that was due to the divorce or a need to raise further financing for the expansion plans?

At what point does it reference that it was recently? Reads to me as if it was from a video he did years ago.
I think Don't Look Back in Anger was shot in LA, so that would make sense...

fed up hearing about any scraps of info about Liam getting off his arse, just boring now, kind of switched off from him, I was quite excited about what he might do after beady eye...yet here we are years later and...nothing... Im pretty much in the camp now of "we wont see Liam until oasis reunite", with the settlement with nicole hanging over him as well in regard to his return to music, I cant see anything else happening.

This would be the right time to release some music again, with Supersonic coming up in October and maybe the Knebworth release.

As nutsngum pointed out, this is probably warmed up news from twenty years ago, for aged pensioners that are well over their 70s now, but were 50 then and still think Liam Gallagher is still relevant today.
It was probably a slow news day at the office and they had to put something in the gossip section, for longtiime readers, to get a laugh out of it.

You could put a story of absolutely anything in that rag and it's readership would buy it- They made the bizarrely genuine decision to put 'Black Eyed Ghost Children' on the front cover three times in a week a couple of years ago The independent gives fourteen headlines that were true by The Daily Star but the way they were reported or the relevance gives you an idea of the readership mentality- The Independent- Daily Star headlines

Noel's last gig of the tour is early september, maybe to make room for Liam in october ? He would have at least 1 year until Noel decides to scrap his new record again, and another year after that.
Liam solo album ? I'm all for it.
Of course, if it's the Daily Star... Liam's probably on another vacation instead.

Liam would be great in this. The trailer for this looks a bit shite. Would like it to be good though. Saunders is a star, and Joanna Lumley as Patsy has got to be one of the greatest comic creations ever.
