The live version is better than the album version though. Definitely, the one from Lowlands above is great. Yeah, the Lowlands version is great. In fact the whole Lowlands gig was one of the bands best in my opinion.

I'm listening to BE by Beady Eye for the first time in ages. I don't listen to their albums very often, only once in a while.

Beady Eye session at Abbey Road studios for channel 4 I think.
Always thought they sounded great live, they sound really tight here. Great stuff, whoever mixed the sound that day deserves an MBE. Liam looks and sounds fantastic! Thereβs also a brief mention of the album producer Steve Lillywhite at 18:15 β¦quite evident they didnβt get on for some reason, I remember Lillywhite mentioning he had issues with them.
The Set list is Beatles and stones Three ring circus Morning son (Jeff Wooton on bass sounds brilliant) Four letter word (Still a proper proper tune) Kill for a dream

And, I remember too about Steve Lillywhite saying that he didn't get on with them. I wonder what the issues were? I guess we'll never know.

On 28th February Beady Eye released their Different Gear Still Speeding album. And I for one really liked it. More of an impact than the LG / JS one.

On 25th March 2011 Beady Eye played a concert at the Royal Albert Hall in aid of The Teenage Cancer Trust. I'm surprised that Liam doesn't do any concerts for it as a solo artist.

Yeah, I remembered that one two years ago but I really thought that he would've done more as a solo artist.
