Do you know that the cake is a lie? I honestly don't know what you mean with it, manualex. Fancy another recipe? Oh no, not you again with your legendary cake recipes. Better not this time, otherwise we would have more threads of cake recipes than all those countless threads about Liam's voice on this board. 1 a refence to a game 2 recipes are good. why not?

To me, Liam at his worst has a better singing voice than Adele. Yes, I am being serious. not a fan of adele by any stretch i dont buy the ginger chav made good bollocks but you sayin liam at his worst is better than adele at her best is like me saying dont richard ashcroft look fat in your profile pic to which of course anyone with eyes would say no,,suppose the point of this reply is for all i love liam and hate the fat ginger stinker you cant really think he now is a better singer than her but if you do pass me the reefer next mate lol I just prefer uniqueness and originality in a singing voice. Adele is generic and just sings the songs. Yes she can hit all the notes etc, but I tire of the sound of her voice very quickly. I'm just using Adele to represent mainstream music in general. I guess there really is no better singing voice, its just a case of your own taste.

I'm so thankful for threads like these.
In fact, if it weren't for these lifesaving discussions about Liam's voice, I'd probably forget he even had one.

Just listening to a bootleg of the last Beady Eye tour. Liam sounded shocking! So what? Everyone had bad days man. He sounds pretty good recently e.g tfi and in the pub in mayo. Why pick on the negative.. Liam still has the potential to create some incredible music going forward... Oasis always used to blow me away with there new releases didn't expect what was coming next. To a certain degree that also happened to me with DGSS wasn't expecting that voice and those songs... Actually prefer it to BE for the sheer pace of that album. I think people in England tend to do down people if they haven't done anything recently and forgot the past glories and focus on the negative only Liam is still a great fuckin rock n' roll star and he will be even more so when he gets some new material out there.

Liam's ''terrible'' voice would make Noel's solo albums to sound like supersonic rock n roll and not just fm rock for middle aged guys suffering ftom the X-factor/the voice disease...
i really dont know these days if people still understand what's rock n roll...

Beady Eye - Wonderwall [Barcelona Razzmatazz 13/2-14] never heard that before, damn Liam sounds solid there, just sounds like an aged version of his 90s voice tbf.

Why does this thread exist and why is it already two pages? Because, to quote Stephen Patrick Morrissey the lyric when you play it from this point not the title btw

I disagree.
One of the best vocals he's done on Cigarettes & Alcohol of the 00's -
This is also really good, the outro that begins at 2:55 is a good example of how good Beady Eye were live, amazing.

I've seen Oasis in Dresden with a 2009 Liam and I've seen Beady Eye in Berlin with a 2013 Liam at the top of his game again. "How good can they possibly be, if Oasis's main songwriter is not a member anymore." There were a lot of preconceptions involved: - Liam's voice is worse than ever - their live sound - his role in breaking up - living in the shadow of Oasis
The fans were also responsible for breaking up BE. And this senseless dabate about everything. I just wanted to enjoy the gig.

The only way I can see the fans were responsible for BE break up perhaps is by not buying the second LP, or the first LP in bigger quantities, unless I misunderstood what you meant?

I meant Oasis fans particularly. I think I mean the psych problem, juding the quality of the music and audio after an image that has been portrayed (by the band). I think real music lovers should step behind it and rethink. There is some good art burried in music that is created by arguably social catastrophes like Kanye West for example.

Here is the problem with most PEOPLE ON THE FORUM. you all seem to overlook that what made Liam so great , such a talent was that he was just one of us , Think about it , do you consider mick , plant , Stewart , Roth , Mercury , waters , macca , Elton , Ect ect. One of us ? A guy who wears his heart on his sleeve and is / was just MADFERIT I do not think so , there professionals , what made Liam stand out was he was never looked at like that , you could see him as a bloke that you could chat up with about footy or a bird at the local ..... And part of what makes him that is he is just like us he is tempermental it frustrated him the bdi. Did not get well received and some nights he did not deliver , because unlike jagger he did not see it as a BUISNESS It is a passion. So he mailed it in and some say he lost his voice , then you point out gigs where he sucked. But there are nights on his last tour. Where he sounded damn near BHN era cause he was pumped up , He never lost it , he just don't always deliver. Cause he is not a professional he is just like us. Why I for one will always love him
