Foo Fighters Sessions: Exhausted ( 1992-1993 Laundry Room Studios, Seattle, WA ) possible been on Nirvana's final record with alone and easy target
I'd told Kurt I was recording and he said, 'Oh, I wanna hear it, bring it by.' He was sitting in the bath-tub with a walkman on, listening to the song, and when the tape ended, he took the headphones off and kissed me and said, 'Oh, finally, now I don't have to be the only songwriter in the band!' I said, 'No, no, no, I think we're doing just fine with your songs.
Tracklist:01 - Times Like These 02 - The Feast and the Famine 03 - Rope 04 - Congregation 05 - What Did I Do?/God As My Witness (With Gary Clark Jr.) 06 - Tuff Enuff (Fabulous Thunderbirds Cover With Jimmy Vaughan & Gary Clark Jr.) 07 - I’ll Stick Around 08 - Walk 09 - Best of You 10 - Interview

The Colour and The Shape is one the best full albums of 90's. At least in top 15. It's an album you don't have to skip a track.

Never been a big Foo Fighters fan. I do enjoy disc 1 of In Your Honor and some other songs. Saw them on the Weezer/ Foo Fighters co headlining tour and thought they sounded pretty good live. They are just a little unforgettable to me outside of Everlong.

Going to see them at Pinkpop in June and again at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam in November. I'm not a superfan, but I do like most of their songs and Dave Grohl is one of the coolest rockstars to walk on this planet right now.

Early Foo Fighters stuff was good. Just imagine if stuff like 'Exhausted' had ended up as Nirvana tune though ? Fuck. Just imagine that song with a Cobain vocal. Bah. It is so irritating to think what might have been. Even though relationships weren't great late on in Nirvana Kurt did still put out Marigold as a Bside , he still used Daves riff for Scentless Apprentice. There was an early written setlist for Unplugged by Kurt and Marigold was on it. He actually was opening to Dave writing a bit.

Love this band. It might be a bit cliche but Everlong might just be my favourite song ever written. It's just perfect.
Also gave the new EP a listen, it was ok but Im glad none of the tracks made it on Sonic Highways or the next album, but some nice little rock numbers on there.

Saw them 3 weeks ago and it was one of the best bands I've ever seen live, and I've seen some greats. Dave is such a boss.
Everlong is my favourite song of theirs and they opened with it. Their acoustic recording of Everlong is great too.

Too American. Too generic. Dislike.
