So I'm finally giving up on Internet Explorer (random date spewing was the last straw), any browser suggestions? Keep in mind I use a PC, not smartphone (I live on a farm)

My personal favourite is Safari but if you're using Windows there would be better options for you. Chrome is probably the most popular, but I would recommend Firefox.

I'd say Chrome or Firefox, it's personal preference really. Chrome strains your computer a bit more but pages also load faster.

Firefox for me, I've been using it since 2005.
Chrome is also very good. I use an open-source version of it (Chromium) on by Linux machine and it works great too.

Everyone at works makes fun of me using opera, but chrome is good. Data feedback to google with chrome than feedback from opera.

I tried Opera a few years ago and it felt alittle too clunky to me. Biggest thing about Firefox is that it uses alot of CPU resources, and Chrome is very needy with system RAM.

Chrome is good on OS X from what I heard. Safari just seems like a pain not being able to handle flash. YouTube videos by default are all HTML 5 now, but alot of other sites use flash still.

Do you guys experience troubles on iPad when zooming? Both Safari and Chrome crash and exit abruptly when they stay a few seconds in zoomed mode. I can't seem to fix this

As well as Safari, I also have Chrome, Firefox and Opera. None of them have ever given me any problems and I've never had any issues with Flash on Safari. In the end it just comes down to personal preference and I like the GUI that Safari has and its cloud sharing is just as good as Chrome's. On my Linux machine, I tend to go down the Firefox route ahead of Chrome or Chromium.

is it just me or did chrome suddenly changed the font size??
This place has really small font, looks kinda weird and hard to read. I'm using the zoom to browse it but it looks even weirder

I used FireFox for years, but have been using Chrome for the last 2 or 3 years now.
IE has improved remarkably over the last couple of versions but I still use it only if I really have to.

Go to chrome://flags and enable the directwrite flag yeah, I did that yesterday. Looks smoother but it's still small. It used to be all blurry also meh, I'll get use to it at some point, but I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem

If you're using older x OS, then possible safari is updated to the point x OS can be. Like if you're running mountain Lion, safari is a different version on Yosemite
