Really? I might have to start using that site vsac rumours MacRumors? Haha. That's my main go to. Not too long ago was talking to some guy who had said he spend like $1,000 importing DM/WTSMG/BHN era singles. I saw a huge picture of Noel pop up on CultofMac the other day too and was like... What. I don't visit that particular site pretty much, but it was funny. And they were going on about stuff he said like a month earlier about Apple Music. Of course they didn't write the full picture, just that one thing he said on that podcast. I follow a handful of them actually because they all do different reporting. But the list keeps shrinking. sorry idk what auto correct that was but yeah macrumours . I tend to go to macblogz first as that has loads of sites on there, its not as good as it was years ago but worth using if you don't already. Wow $1k if insane if its the 7" etc then probably about right tho, Suppose oasis obsessiveness goes in hand with the stereotypical apple fans obsessiveness

Updated my iPad 1 yesterday and now it works. God bless. My iPad still works....figured the update would work for a day or so and then crash again, done that before, but still going.... No phone case for my iPhone either....having a case made the phone a little cumbersome, and I like living on the edge. God bless. A new iOS update's available....not sure I wanna install it, might fuck up my iPad again. God bless.

A month and half later, how are you liking it? I am, my views pretty much identical. It's a luxury device (like iPad i.e. we all have laptops or iPhones that can do everything iPad can, but iPad makes it easier when i certain situations but not needed). Its really nice having notifications come through on wrist and only having to spend a split second to read them, feels so un intrusive (i have a lot coming through) so really is a worth it just for that for me. the battery is excellent tbh apple massively under estimated so no problem at all (tho native apps :/ might kill it) the heart rate and 'activity' stuff is really nice Once native apps come think itll become lot bigger (like native apps on apple tv would launch that higher too) idk, defo an accessory/ 'sister device?' and not life changing but don't think anyone ever thought it would be but i would and do recommend it to people Got a used one as a belated Father's Day gift a few days ago. I like it but it's frustrating at times. The interface isn't very intuitive. I mainly wanted it for notifications at work since I can't answer my phone. Just wish Siri worked a little better. I try to respond to texts and it doesn't always work. Exercised for the first time in a long time this morning and liked it tracking everything. It's definitely a first gen product. Just wish some of the apps were more helpful and that there were some more watch faces.

Had a play with the new MacBook today while I was at the mall. Wasn't too thrilled about the keyboard. Could find myself jamming one of those pretty quickly with how hard I type.

My boss got one for work, used it for a day and absolutely hated the keyboard. I'm not really a fan of it either but the lack of ports annoys me more than anything. It now sits in a drawer, gathering dust.

My dad has always worked at schools and it's like they buy these really nice business grade machines and get frustrated with them and then just throw them in a closet or whatever. They were trying out Samsung tablets this last year and couldn't make those work so gave up on them too. Heh, right now I'm using my MacBook Pro in clamshell mode as my keyboard stopped working last year. I have both USB ports occupied by my Wacom and then my lightning cable for my iPhone and iPad. And then I have a cable going to my monitor. But I wouldn't always need all that hooked up.

What makes it worse is that he's the head of IT. It doesn't surprise me. My dad is the one who usually ends up fixing things when the server goes down. And then the head of IT finally shows up and is like... "Well, it works now!" And they ask him what was wrong, and he's like "Uhhh..."

I got use to the keyboard and how to position my hands after using a 2007 MacBook Pro for 8 years in about 5-10 minutes. It's a pleasure to use in my opinion. Ports don't annoy me. It's all WiFi these days anyways. The revolution will be digitized!!!

Keynote on Wednesday. Rumor is that Taylor Swift is closing it since it's their annual music festival tie-in.
New Apple TV, iPhones, maybe iPads, and some accessories. And then golden masters of iOS 9 and El Cap.

If you wanna be geeky about it, Swift is also their programming language.

I have never purchased an apple product (or own an apple product); delighted with myself.
Just saying.

His claim Apple is not enterprise level machines. Apples are hard to work on. Basically, everything out to get to the hard drive. I have to fix keychains on daily bases with users, because the whole password change and users never click on update or create a new keychain. Deploy studio is kind of nice.I have worked on Apple blade servers. I do plan to buy a early or mid 2008 macbook pro. It's the one of two laptops I have at my job and I like the feel better than newer ones.

good keynote as the 'doubling down' out the window no suprises but nice baby steps forward. iPad pro is a pro device or at least not casual, could never justify but apple TV is looking good with universal search via siri for content and if they do a MIFi controller gaming could be good on casual level. 6s defo gonna be a purchase typical apple vision hype on features but I'm sold

Lol, I’m not upgrading anytime soon, but that “right-click” is pretty interesting. Hopefully developers let us customize that. Just thinking about how awesome it’d be for pinning things. Much better than using the Today widgets like some of us are doing now.
I think they’re going in the right direction with the iPad Pro (the irony of inviting Microsoft to do a demo though). Don’t care for the keyboard and stylus, but then that is probably for the better as it won’t put a huge dent in companies like ZAGG and Clamcase.
I’m not buying one either.
It’s good that they didn’t just slap the same touch technologies in both devices too. But I think at the same time they missed an opportunity to go head on with the Note 5 with the new Plus.
New Apple TV is great. I like that the storage options are back too.

Now all we need is adblockers to work with third party apps.

I don't think it's going to happen. Besides this site I'd guess 95% of the content I read on the web is through feedly. Would be nice if there was a way to use it on there.

very impressed with 3D touch. I thought was just a gimmick and could be done on the other phones but it really seems to measure pressure vs time.
the 'pop' into emails / links with it is very cool.
some of the 'right click type option' are cool too

Ended up with a mid-2010 17” MacBook Pro 8GB RAM 500GB i7 that was going to just sit in a closet for the rest of its life because people couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it.
The camera is malfunctioning, so I just blocked the drivers by changing the permissions. Loaded Yosemite and the thing is smooooth.
And yeah, I totally knew the ad block was going to get out of control. People freaking out over advertisers paying to be whitelisted.
