I knew he did it before but I didn't realise his setlist has been released for Sunday. Where is it? I actually think that may be his playlist from last time in 2009. Especially, since he is referred to as Noel Gallagher from Oasis. If it were currently surely they would @ least say formerly of Oasis. I don't think so. Was just listening back on the Y-Rock show and there are some similarities between the two set lists, but there are some major differences. Noel did not play Elvis, Neil Young, nor the Kinks on the Y-Rock one. Would it really surprise anyone if he went with a radio set list that's almost exactly the same, except with a few changes? He does it live. The set list that they have up, is most likely the set list that he will be doing. With the Oasis thing, I think that's just pure laziness and just semantics.

What does Y-rock have to do with anything? That is a totally different Radio Station. Noel did THIS show for SoundLA in 2009 and he played this exact playlist The 2009 SoundLA playlist is posted on a fan site here www.radiosonic.info/webradiosonic/?p=346I am sure that what I found is the archived 2009 playlist. Noel had a tendency to be a bit boring about switching up setlists. But not bothering to write out a different playlist 2 years down the line? That is a whole new level of laziness.

Maybe some of the same artists, but the same songs? Nah. Laziness doesn't really factor in as undoubtedly, he's listening to different tunes these days than he was 2 years ago. Doesn't take much effort to tell the radio station what he wants to play and let them do all the work from there.

Why are people assuming he'll play the same set list for this?

He's not.
I searched the site for mentions of Noel Gallagher and a setlist came up that doesn't have a date. I posted it here but now I think that it is the archived setlist from a couple years ago. I've said that half a dozen times now but people are being stupid and thinking that means that he isn't going to change a song on his playlist after 2 years.

I just heard a jingle for the show with Noel. I think they used the old jingle he did previously because he said : "I'm NG from Oasis"

I really hope he actually gets a chance to talk, instead of "Here's this song. And now this song. Finish off with this song, I'm done."
