Everyone needs to listen to this: (not my link) sharebee.com/3b8d577cAbsolutely amazing..18 minutes of bliss. Now I have been thinking about it...definitely sounds like an organized song not just a jam. There are very definitive lyrics, and although we can't make them out exactly, they definitely progress through the song and there seems to be some sort of chorus. Even Sharrock on the drums, in the middle of this blistering jam, is right on cue with everything. Makes me think they've done this before...either in studio or at other soundchecks. Now a better question, is this an Oasis song or a Noel-solo song? And an even better one, what are the fucking chances they try this live on tour? I'm excited......

i think this is pure oasis, the other one "eyes will only follow you around the room . . . ." sounds like it could be just a noel solo thing (if there is such a work in progress of which there is no substantial evidence) I agree with you completely about the structured thing though, that wasnt just a jam and if it was i think my band and i need to take a serious look at our jamming. As for being live on tour id love to hear it, but i think the chances arent very high at all

it's pretty clear that it wasn't just random jamming, but that's probably how Noel choose the best solo(s) for a song... i mean, i hope no one is actually thinking this tune will be 18 min long...

Yeah, the ground elements of it are probably a new song but 80% of it is pure jam. The chord progression is pretty universal and they've played it plenty of times before. I've even got bootlegs of soundchecks from 1995 with the same chord progression.

Obviously is sounds like champagne supernova - if (Carefuly read the next word, anoying guitar players) simplifying the chords in both songs, CS goes - A G F#m E and this one goes - A G F#m F
