JK she doesn't even come in the car, she stays at home. I do the grocery shopping by myself most of the time....shes a horrible grocery shopper...she spends like 150 bucks and there is nothing in the place to eat 2 days later.....regardless, I would never take away a chance of her meeting her fav band...drag i couldn't get back, but i was very happy for her. As for dumping her...I dunno she's pretty cute and she did buy me a Oasis DM Vinyl on creation signed by the original band including tony.....not to mention introduced me to liam and gem 2 days later......still sure you would dump her?......i mean whats she gonna do back stage......bang jay darlington?.....i am much better looking then him

Not that I need to explain it to you but, you should ask my boyfriend - he's ianbrown21 on this board - how he feels about it. See what he says. And by the way I felt horrible the whole time it was happening but because he is such an amazing guy he knew I had been waiting for this moment since I was 12 years old and he wouldn't in a million years tell me not to go. I spent only about half an hour back there talking to the guys (I could have stayed and drank, but I didn't), and I got Gem's set list after the show, which I had the whole band sign "To Justin and Lisa" and I talked about nothing else except how he was waiting for me to come out and how he's such a huge fan too. Yeah, I'm a terrible girlfriend. And I'm sure he wishes he dumped me two days later when he met Gem (and we had drinks with him), Liam and Andy at the hotel because of me also. Oh and we met Jack White too. yeah i know who your man is (well think you have said previous not that i know him personally)am glad he is nice but i would of tripped to be honest maybe am just selfish aye ? as for what happens how can you tell from just ONE encounter if you had been backstage the whole tour then i would have no qualms about disagreeing with no guys backstage policy i didnt mean to cause offence if so i do apologise just annoyin when people state things for fact when really its only a guess not you personally but a lot said here in the past has been balls also i think it was you (photogirl) who said you would be at re-scheduled london gig if so i will happily buy you and your(poor left out ;D ) boyfriend a drink or 2 peace love and understanding

Haha no worries, but you ask how I can know that after being backstage for only one gig? Because that's all it takes! Because a tech guy, Gem Archer and Liam Gallagher had full conversations with me about the policy. Liam said he "can't take guys" and girls are "nicer to look at". And Gem explained the other reason I described above. And the stage hand said when I was trying to get my b/f a pass, and I quote "he has two chances...slim and fuck all" (insert British accent here). I wish the policy was different - I'd love it because it would mean my b/f could and it would be AMAZING, but I'm not full of crap when I said the above. It's true. Anyway, you can take us out for a beer the night of London to apologize for my hurt feelings

ladies am not often wrong but am right again ;D
from the chief himself
Met a woman at Mexico airport who asked me could I get her son any tickets for last night's gig.
"Tickets? Not my bag, love. I can put him on the guest list though? "Tell him to bring i.d." I said. "Just in case there's any problemos".
"I.d.?" says the woman. "He has no i.d.. He's only 6!!"
was a mate who pointed this out to me last night when i was saying there was a no guy rule for backstage

I've known of people who've been put on the guestlist and have only gotten tickets. So it doesn't always mean you get a pass if you're guestlisted. I'm putting my odds on Noel giving them tickets for the show. I've hear similar stories about Gem and Liam doing the same sort of thing as well.

I was put on the guestlist for a Milwaukee show a couple years back cuz i had no tickets and wasn't sure if i should make the drive up there between the Toronto and Indy shows. Certainly no backstage included though. But sweet seats to the show.

Okie dokie, we will see. But typically the trick is to get backstage to meet them, not the other way round!
